We have used AAA Smog several times. They switched owners but they still offer the same great customer service as before. All the employees are knowledgeable. Corinna helped over the phone and with registration. The manager Sam helped as well. I was also helped by another female staff member who helped me with my smog I didn't catch her name. She was polite and had to explain to me that I had to drive 50 miles more to be qualified for the smog test. There was an extra fee for this. You have to pay for the smog and registration separately. You have to pay extra to get your registration here but to me it's worth it. You get it right away and don't have to wait for it in the mail.

They did take the time to try to upsell me on a transmission service and when I told them no thank you and I'd like to take my care someplace else they then told me they had gone ahead and already done the expensive oil change. The manager evenetually came out and said that it was my fault because I did not specify. How am I supposed to know what to specify when I wasn't presented with options. There are no prices clearly listed anywhere. Which is intentional. These guys are scammers. Anywhere else will treat you better and you'll still leave with your wallet intact.
