This is my second visit to the Sleep Care Solutions in Placerville within the last 4 months. This time around, it was much easier to go through the procedure & instructions and be comfortable. Jaime who was the technician on duty was very informative, comprehensive and made me at ease. The study room where I stayed and slept was very comfortable ( great mattress). The only experience I had that startled me was my PAP basal cannula slipped off and woke me up . Jaime was right there with me right away and repositioned my cannula with soothing words that everything was alright, that this cannula slips sometimes. Then went back to sleepZzzzzz. Awakened by Jaime that the study was done. It was a very nice experience. Thank you, Jaime. I surely recommend to anybody who needs a sllep study done. read more

I didn't have to wait past my appointment time to be seen The technician explained what she was going to do, what she would be observing and when the procedure would be completed. The room and bed was extremely clean and comfortable. My room was quiet so I could sleep The technician was very knowledgeable, made sure that my needs were met. Cal Sleep Solutions has been great. I really appreciate that there was a facility in Placerville to do my testing so I didn't have to go further. I had a sleep study done in their Placerville location recently. They were very professional and really helped me relax. The bed was comfortable, the technician was polite and respectful and I had no problem falling asleep. They offer coffee in the morning and water in the evening. I found the experience to be excellent. read more

Terrible customer service. it's obvious they do not know what they are doing. Goes to a robot or voicemail when u call & no one answers or call u back. Spoke with a supervisor & Lady named Jessy Miller very rude when I talked to her. I do not recommend this horrible place. read more

When I had my sleep study there, the staff was very kind and courteous. They were very helpful during the night when I needed to use the restroom or too readjust the sensors that were taped all over me. I was to sleepy to do that myself. read more

The nurse was awesome. Very good experience however the room was freezing freezing cold. I do use a fan so that contributed. I asked for heat and it wasn't working. So it was a very cold night. read more
