Driver showed up right on the dot. The vehicle was a big clean SUV, plenty of room for luggage, and the ride to the airport was smooth and safe the whole way. Got dropped off right at the door we needed, which matters when you're pulling bags out at a busy terminal. The part I appreciated most was the billing. They invoiced me after the trip, so there was no scrambling for a card or working out a tip with the driver in the moment. Zero hassle on departure day, which was the whole point. It didn't answer many of my questions, such as is there a cancellation policy. I emailed them and they responded very quickly to all my questions. BTW, their cancellation policy is $20 charge for each reservation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours there is no refund. We booked for a 8:30 a.m. pickup for our departure date. The driver was outside our house at 7:45 a.m. and texted me at 8 a.m. We rushed to finish packing and were on our way at 8:10 a.m. I guess looking at us, he decided that we'd appreciate oldies music. We chuckled to ourselves but didn't ask him to turn it off. When some of the songs went on repeat we laughed internally again. We got to the airport at 9:30 a.m. A bit early, in fact two hours before the check-in counter opened. For our return ride, we got sent a message when the plane touched down. We didn't know how long it would all take before we had our luggage and could leave, but the driver was nearby and would be ready when we were. He sent a picture of the vehicle. Both vehicles were Toyota minivans, very roomy and comfortable. We will be comfortable using Sunrise Shuttle if we need to get to SFO again.

Da Scene: Call or email before your trip, they can accommodate last minute booking, but try to book a day in advance. They have several vehicles, let them know how many passengers, accurate count/size of luggage and departure time. Da Service: They normally arrive 10-15 minutes early to load luggage etc. Vehicles have been clean and comfy, water available as well. Couple of times we were in peak traffic, alternate routes were taken and we stayed on schedule. Da End Game: They drop-off and pickup in the limo service areas at the airports, so no rushed drop-offs or pickups. As mentioned their timing has always been good, friendly but not overly chatty, and always great communications.

Then his wife wants to walk downtown for dinner, but on that walk realized that her husband was incredibly drunk. Embarrassingly drunk that is. Once at the restaurant you also realize that he is also to drunk to eat his food and then he proceeds to pass out in his chair. My husband fails to realize that his friends are not all giants like him and they can't handle the copious amounts of booze that he can. My friend had the restaurant call us a cab. It was there in 2 minutes flat. The ride home was eventful to say the least. We told the driver it was drunky boy's birthday and he laughed. Our drunk friend said " I thought I was old yesterday." Then the driver said, " I thought I was old 10 minutes before I picked you guys up." Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I would take a cab for a mile from downtown Martinez to my house. Fast, funny and understanding. I like this cab company.
