They do have a warehouse and we found out some items would be shipped if not in stock and one item in particular they didn't have in stock or online at all. Meaning some samples just may not be an option so be prepared if you happen to pick the 1 stone out of hundreds that's discontinued.

In both instances, there were multiple employees working at the front desk area on their computers. While they may have been busy, no one acknowledged or greeted us when we walked in. Even a simple "Hi, we'll be with you shortly" would have gone a long way. My wife spent about 10 minutes browsing the showroom during one visit and we still were not approached. We ultimately left both times without speaking to anyone. We understand that some showrooms operate by appointment, and if that is the standard protocol, that is perfectly fine. However, a quick greeting, asking whether we had an appointment, or offering to schedule one would have created a very different experience. We did not have this issue at Golden State Lumber or Ashby Lumber, where we were promptly acknowledged and assisted. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we will be moving forward elsewhere.

They were exceptional. Jimmy Zapper and Janet Loucel helped us tremendously finding the right products at big discounts. If they were unavailable or busy, either Ricky, Rocky, or Dana were always there to pitch in and help us. When we had some difficulties finding things, they went right to work and located the best quality products available to match our needs. They answered all of our questions with excellent and useful advice and made suggestions based on what we wanted and not what made them more money. When we did not understand something about how the products were supposed to work or be used, they either had or found the answers every time. When we asked to make some changes, they were polite and happy to respond quickly and appropriately. They did all the work needed to fit cabinets in our space, matching the dimensions for our appliances, and showing us how we could even make our kitchen more user friendly with modern accessories. If we found a better price on the same item, they either matched or beat it or found a better option at a better price. They always made sure it would be delivered quickly and were in constant contact with us and our contractor to make sure everything went smoothly. If we had even the slightest problem with anything they helped us get, they were our go-to people, rather than having to deal with the manufacturer or distributor. I don't remember ever working with a company before that was this customer satisfaction oriented.

I walked in and stood in front of the sales guy who was on the computer. I stood there for a good two minutes with no acknowledgment from the counter guy. While I'm standing there a yard guy comes in and tells me to move my truck, that I'm in a no parking zone. So I go move my truck. I come back into the office, now behind another guy. After another three minutes I order my four yards of topsoil, go out to the pile and wait a good five minutes while watching the same yard worker that told me to move my truck sitting on a fork lift looking at his phone. By the way, the place I had originally parked had no activity around it. I'll be looking for another place to spend my money.
