I used to say I hate tile because of the grout but they have beautiful selections. They even have a clearance section in the back left of the store. The first visit we didn't find the Schluter edge trims we needed. But they do have a much larger selection than your local hardware store. The second visit I was looking for Y shaped spacers for installing hexagon tiles. An employee asked if I needed help. He and another employee took maybe 10 minutes out of their way to help me look for the Y spacers. Super nice! Exceptional service! Their inventory online actually seems to be accurate because they asked if I had the SKU and it told them the same number available as what I saw online. I had called two other flooring stores nearby to see if they sell Y shaped spacers but they don't. Definite plus in how large their inventory and selection is. I will be going out of my way to cross the bridge to go to Floor and Decor for my next project needs.

Using some inspiration from our Pintrest boards, she came up with designs unique to our house and aesthetic. Julie ordered all the materials on our behalf and identified a fantastic contractor who carried out the remodel with Julie's oversight. Julie took so much of the process off our plates, which was great because my wife was pregnant at the time haha. Every phase was coordinated that resulted in a beautiful kitchen and windows that make the house look bright and new! It was really fun to work with Rhonda, who helped us design the kitchen. She really knows her stuff and recommends great products within our budget. She is so dedicated and goes above and beyond! One example: We showed her a picture of tile that we liked and when she couldn't find a similar one in their showroom, she went out of her way, driving to a distributer to find us the special tile for the backsplash, which looks amazing thanks to their tile guy who does absolutely meticulous work! Eddie, the owner and Matt, the project manager were fantastic to work with as well as every one who came to work on the project. We had a group text where they would communicate arrivals and plans for the next day or any updates. And if I had any questions or concerns, I could text them and someone responded right away! Most of the ones we could use were unavailable but Ms Khari did her magic with her handheld inventory PDA and found everything she wanted . She also gave my friend her cell number to reach out if she had any issue or needed assistance. She told me she just wanted to treat her the way she would treat her own grandmother. A class act indeed . She bought on a Thursday and she received it on the following Tuesday and she was very happy . From start to finish the whole Best Buy and Pacific Sales crew were accommodating, polite and treated us with nothing but respect.
