I'm afraid there are no "deals" when it comes to auto repair. Most shops quotes are usually market rates and pretty competitive ... unless going to a dealership! Always stings when you are addressing mechanical issues. With that said, this shop uses software / app that clearly defines the issues that presented with a scan and diagnostic. The customer has the ability to review the most serious issues needing attention ... and agree to authorize which services to complete. Prices are clearly presented and broken down with parts/labor so it is very easy to price shop if you are hesitant to authorize a service. I did not find that this shop was a bargain nor overpriced ... again pretty much market rates for labor and parts. Some may find a $200 charge for diagnostic and overall vehicle inspection high, however I found the results well worth it as I now have a roadmap of services needing attention. Some I can handle myself and others will require the shop service. I consider the detailed diagnostics more of a safety check as my Toyota work van has 315,000 miles and still going strong. I dealt with Victor, who was extremely communicative and kept in touch multiple times during a 24 hour period with updates on the vehicle status.

I was told that it needed a few other services, including replacing 2 tires. For the services that my car "needed" I was given a quote of $4,000 (oil change, tire rotation, clean intake valves, replace the two back tires, replace front brakes, and replace transmission fluid). When I asked the guy who was assisting me what were the most urgent issues, he avoided answering my question directly and kept on trying to explain how it all was necessary. I ended up getting the oil change, tire rotations and one other thing that can't recall. The services that I didn't get were still about $3,000, I share this because this is where I felt like I was taken advantage of and lied to. I did tons of research, called various places to get quotes for the services I still had pending... everywhere else I called was a lot less than what this place quoted me. I ended paying $1200 for the needed services. Also, for the 2 tires he had told me I had to replace asap for my safety, I went to two tire shops and they both told me the it was only one tire that needed to be replace and that it could last at least 2 more months. Do your research, don't commit to getting the services done here. Couple other things to keep in mind: they will send a $20 if you have them a 5 star review ($20 isn't worth lying or going back). Short version: At first, it appeared my alternator was intermittently not working correctly. $1700 later and I still got 3 dead batteries over the following weekend. Yesenia and Julia are awesome. Brake inspection took maybe 45 minutes. Julia called me shortly after to let me know of the list of things that the technicians saw. Aside from the brakes and rotors, I replaced a wheel stud, drive belt, power steering hose, and two valve cover gaskets, got an oil change, and flushed/refilled my transmission fluids. I asked Julia when she first called what was the most urgent items and she was very upfront with her answer. Originally only wanted the brakes done but I opted for the whole shabang because I was already there and they're very honest people. Typically, other garages will not be upfront with everything they find or tell you what's the most urgent items to take care of. They will solve the one problem you came in for, only for you to come back again when things get even worse. Not the case here! Very happy with the service. Fair pricing as well.

Coming here has cost me more since, I had to go to another shop after noticing my car was making noises and I was told that the wrong lug nuts were put in for my wheels, and there were also missing lug nuts for all the wheels. I was also told that whoever replaced them used poor quality brake pads which easily burns out my pads, thus, increasing dust on my rims. NFS tires had me waiting for hours just to give me cheap pads. I was told that it was a good thing I towed my car to the other shop since I was close to losing a wheel. I wish I could get a refund for the poor service and almost causing my life to an accident that could've occurred.

Instead of handling it professionally, you personally cursed me out, called me a liar, told me I was no longer welcome there, and laughed while saying that if my brakes had been installed wrong, "I'd be dead." That is not funny. It is not reassuring. It is completely unacceptable from any business owner, especially when someone is calling about a serious safety issue. I then went to another professional brake shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed that the left rear caliper was missing a bracket bolt, and the bottom bolt was hand-tight/loose, which was causing the banging/popping sound when braking. So yes, there was a real issue, and I was absolutely right to call. I had been coming to this shop for three years with no issues, spending my money here and trusting you with my vehicle. That is what makes this even worse. The moment your shop made a dangerous mistake, instead of taking accountability, you chose arrogance, hostility, and intimidation. Honestly, I should have taken legal action. When a customer calls to report a serious brake issue after your shop performed the work, the response should never be insults, laughter, and banning them from the business. I called because something was wrong, not because I wanted an argument. It may be cheap. It may be convenient.
