I had some curb rash on one of my machined and diamond-cut wheels and reached out to Chris based on the great reviews. He responded quickly, gave a very fair quote, and came to my place to do the repair. The initial result already looked much better, but unfortunately I touched the clear coat before it had fully cured and left a fingerprint. That was entirely my fault. When I let Chris know, he was incredibly understanding and offered to come back and fix it at no charge. I offered to cover at least some of his time and expenses, but he really went above and beyond. Not only did he reapply the clear coat, he also polished and blended the entire section of the rim so the repair was even less noticeable than before. Given the nature of diamond-cut wheels, I knew a 100 percent invisible factory-perfect finish was not realistic without a full lathe refinish. Chris got it as close as anyone reasonably could. You really will not notice anything unless you are specifically looking for it. Chris is responsive, skilled, and professional.
