They are knowledgeable and very loving to my pets. You expect when you have pets a cost and that's just what comes with owning animals that I think they're great.

Love the gentle care they always give my dog. Eases her nervousness, she goes through.

I am writing this review with deep pain and absolute rage, two years after this clinic ruthlessly exploited my lack of veterinary knowledge and took my 2-year-old cat, Sun Zeus, away from me forever. I want every pet owner in Beaumont and Calimesa to read this so you never fall victim to their predatory tactics. On April 30, 2024, my cat accidentally swallowed a hair tie with a metal flower. Desperate and terrified, I trusted this clinic completely. They saw my ignorance and panic as a financial opportunity. After draining $1,000 from me just for initial examinations and the tragic eventual euthanasia, they intentionally used calculated scare tactics to push for thousands more. They quoted an astronomical, open-ended price of $5,000 to $8,000+, warning it could go even higher. While they were legally smart enough not to declare it an "absolute zero percent" survival rate, they heavily emphasized that "he would very likely not survive after the surgery anyway." By combining a bottomless financial pit with the terrifying narrative that the surgery would likely fail, they successfully broke my spirit and manipulated me into making the most agonizing decision to euthanize my baby. I spent $1,000, yet my poor cat never got to come home. I cried for a solid week, completely unable to even go to work. To make their cruelty even more subhuman, they refused to even let me have his ashes--they demanded EVEN MORE money just for me to hold his remains. They literally held my cat's ashes hostage for profit. It wasn't until much later, when I consulted with honest, trustworthy veterinary professionals, that I realized how maliciously I had been misled. As you can clearly see in the attached X-ray (image.png), the metal object was safely located in his stomach and had NOT entered his intestines. The true experts confirmed that a standard, routine gastrotomy--which costs a mere fraction of what this clinic quoted--could have easily and successfully saved my 2-year-old boy. This clinic didn't care about saving a life; they cared about maximizing profit. When they realized they couldn't extort $8,000 out of me, they happily took my $1,000, killed my healthy cat, and demanded more money for his ashes. Please, if you love your pets, stay far away from this place and get a second opinion elsewhere. Rest in peace, my sweet Zeus. You deserved so much better than their greed.

Elias was able to get us in the same day. Dr was able to get foxtails out of our girls ears right there on the table! And the vet tech was so sweet with her too. Sent her home feeling herself again. Thank you team!

Great experience with the Calimesa Veterinary Clinic! Appointments were easy to set up, the staff were very friendly and thorough with explaining the process. Highly recommend!

This office is close to my house in Calimesa! They are always very caring with my kitty cat! They take me very soon when I'm needed to come in and when I had to cancel because she hid in the closet, they were able to reschedule her first thing in the morning the next day. So thankful for them

    Feeling better!

We have never had to wait more than a few minutes after our scheduled appointment time, which I really appreciate. I have also never had any issues when calling for a medication refill; it's always approved and ready within a day or so, depending on when I submit my request. While I haven't had experience with the other veterinarians at the clinic, I would highly recommend Dr. Graham. Lila even knows her by name--her ears perk up , and she gets excited when I tell her it's time to see Dr. Graham. Recently, Lila developed a strange lesion on her muzzle. Dr. Graham presented me with two treatment options: one was quite pricey, and since we weren't completely sure what the lesion was, she also proposed a more conservative option. She explained that while the conservative route might take longer to heal, it could potentially save me from spending hundreds of dollars on more extensive testing. I appreciated that she didn't just offer one very expensive treatment option without discussing alternatives. A couple of months later, Lila is healing slowly but is almost completely better, and I didn't need to spend the extra money on the more expensive option. I feel fortunate in this situation, as I know there are cases where no other options are available. I'm simply sharing my experience and explaining why I appreciated the extra time Dr. Graham took to present multiple options. Not all veterinarians do that, and I will continue to take Lila, along with any future pets, to Dr. Graham exclusively for as long as she is practicing.

The vet who saw my dog was extremely nice, and I have nothing negative to say about her personally. But the lack of organization and consideration for people's time is incredibly disappointing. If you already have an anxious dog, making them sit around at the vet for over an hour past their scheduled appointment is not ideal. I completely understand that emergencies can happen and delays are sometimes unavoidable, but that clearly did not seem to be the situation here. If appointments are scheduled for a certain time, there should be some reasonable effort to actually see patients around that time--or at the very least, communicate the delay. Waiting over two hours in an otherwise not busy office is unacceptable.

Why didn't lower the Stars from two to last, I wanted to express something that I just learned that has me extremely frustrated. Our dog has been taken pill twice a day for the past number of years for skin condition. Now this was diagnosed properly and has definitely helped. My frustration stems from the fat that I just learned that this medication does not require a prescription that I've been forced to get and take my dog in for an exam regularly paying additional on money. The medication is "animal biome skin rescue". Due to issues with the veterinarian at animal medical Center of Redlands (Dr. Cain), we changed vets to one that has been around in the current location since the 1960s and I used to take our animals too when I was a child. They've done a fantastic job and have a very caring staff and medical staff. When I went down to get a prescription this medication, this is where I found out that it's over the counter and does not require a witten prescription. If for any reason I'm asked to give one when ordering the medications online, they let me know that I wouldn't need it, so they just made the refills PRN, which means in medical terminology " as needed". This gives me the ability to retain the prescription for as long as I need and not have to go in and get some sort of false exam and be charged another 40 to $50 and use the prescription if for some reason I need one. It's really sad because we used animal medical Center in Redlands for decades. Ever since Dr. Burch has retired, it seems like the new medical staff has really brought down the quality. So sad to see this because Dr. Burch is an amazing man and we really loved having him care for our animals for so many years.
