Abby at PetSmart is absolutely amazing! She trained my Aussiedoodle, Koda, when he was just 3 months old, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. From day one she was so gentle, patient, and friendly with him. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and really cares about the dogs she works with. Koda learned so much so quickly in her classes. Abby made everything easy to understand and gave us practical tools we could use at home, which made a huge difference. Watching him grow more confident each week was the best feeling. She also gave wonderful recommendations on PetSmart products and future classes that were actually helpful, not just random suggestions. One of her recommendations led us to enroll Koda in another group class where he met his lifelong puppy friends. That meant so much to us. I am so happy Petsmart opened a location not even 10 minutes from my house. And better yet their grooming services have been amazing! I bring all my dogs all with different personalities and quirks. Christina has been amazing everything 10/10. I have never had an issue that couldn't be remedied or a concern that should couldn't aliviate my anxiety about. I have seniors and younger dogs and she is the best with them all. She was so gentle with artie and his sentivie eye and he had no signs of irritation with his eye which made me so happy. Been taking my dogs there regularly for grooming for a while. It's always been decent to very good. Today they absolutely butchered my dog's cut! The groomer obviously was inexperienced. It's not like I can take her back to get re-cut; we'll just have to wait until her hair grows back long enough to re-do. Bad cuts on short hair breeds is one thing; bad cuts on breeds that require hairy faces/muzzle is another. They should have asked first before letting inexperienced groomer do the cut. I picked up my dog and left without saying anything (they knew it was a terrible cut) because complaining does no good. read more

They say they support the military, but they don't support the military at all. They give you a military discount on Tuesday you show up but then they tell you they cancel your appointment so they really don't help the veterans at all. In fact they're against the veterans, I'm here with my service dog. Been waiting here for over a half an hour and they still haven't taken care of me even though I had an 830 appointment and it's 9 o'clock. They're very prejudice if you have brown skin they don't like Hispanics they don't like lax. They're very prejudice here as well. They waiting for a half an hour for the manager to come out. The manager still has her to come out to see me as I say this place doesn't like military or if you have brown skin. read more

If you are debating doing the dog training classes, do it!!! The trainer, Abigail, is awesome! You can tell she loves what she does, and she is sure great at it! I've had experience with another trainer at a different PetSmart location, but Abigail truly stands out. With her help, you leave each session feeling more confident and seeing real progress! Took my dog in for a bath and groom went to pick her up. She was totally shaved everywhere worst place I've ever been was so sad that they would do that to any animal. and a few months ago, I took her to PetSmart to get a groom and they cut my dogs ear and we had to go to a pet hospital read more

I like this new location. The store is very clean and well organized. Every single staff member is always so helpful and happy to help. I started going exclusively to this store for those reasons. I find sale items all the time and really neat items I never thought to buy before. I see lots of people bringing in their pets for the training sessions, so I'll be giving that a try soon. We brought our German Shorthaired Pointer, Sue Cash, in for grooming at @petsmart Banning, and had the absolute pleasure of working with Delaynie. She did an amazing job! Delaynie is incredibly talented, patient, and caring -- everything you'd want in someone handling your beloved pet. Sue Cash looked and smelled fantastic after his groom, and we could tell he was comfortable and well cared for. Delaynie clearly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats the animals and the quality of her work. We're so grateful and will definitely be coming back. What can I say, it's PetSmart. Clean friendly well stocked. I ordered my dog's dry food for pickup. They post a pickup time for 2 hours but it's usually 1 hour then they walk to your car. read more

This was the worst grooming my dog ever had.... Plus they were complaining because she was scratching her bottom... she had to go potty!!!! Did they not take her out??? She won't go indoors. I barely made it to the front door before poop started coming out. She was trying so hard not to go inside. There was absolutely no sani cut done and her paws looked like grinch. That was the only cutting that needed to be done . I get angry everytime I have to from her they did such a bad job on her. Have used 2 other Petsmart locations and never had this problem until I used Beaumont. You need to get groomers in there that know what they are doing and know how to treat pets!!! Never again.... It left such a bad impression I will now go to Petco for all my accessories !!! Wish I could give a -5 rating read more

The grooming staff said they had to do an assessment on our dog. The staff wouldn't take our dog because he didn't shake their hand. This place is a joke, and a complete waste of time. After we took our dog to Four Paws in for grooming with no issues. read more
