Took vehicle in on time and 45 minutes later, it went into the service bay. I inquired about the timeframe for the work to be done. I was told best to return next day. However, within an hour, got a call that "your car is ready". I paid the invoice thinking work was done, verifying with the cashier as the invoice was unclear to me. Left the shop and got another phone call within 30 minutes saying work still needed to done since they had to order parts and would I like to make appointment. I was confused as I paid twice; once when dropping the car to Lex Brodies ($189) and then again when picking it up ($217.70). I paid thinking work was done. Apparently paid only for diagnostics. I was also told that the front wheel bearing assembly plus additional labor will cost $1,506.21! No good dat so though most convenient location, will never take vehicles to the Kamuela Lex Brodie's!!
