While hundreds of cars passed with no one asking if we are ok/need help etc...Mac Pulled over asking what we need. I explained I didn't have money in me (he wasn't concerned) I will be paying shortly...he towed our car out of harms way...he jumped the battery but it was to weak (our battery) to accept a charge/start our Miata. The dispatcher calls him to tell him that the worker is on the way; but before hanging up, my uncle hears him say, "Now we working on f***ing derelicts." My uncle felt so ashamed. I told him to call the manager and complain about the dispatcher's unprofessional behavior, but he says, "the guy they sent said that the dispatcher is the owner so it won't do any good." To be fair, the guy they sent was quick and very professional. But to the owner: shame on you. How can you be so ungrateful? Businesses survive on return business, and customers, like my uncle, put food on your table. Is it a wonder that in the eleven years of business this company is not a Better Business Bureau member?
