Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. He has cleaned driveway of tire marks, grease and has lifted some gum like substance, but unfortunately also concrete stain, so now I will have to find someone to re-stain my driveway. Additionally, Frankie had really hard time receiving payment via PayPal that he told us to use for paying him and it was due to wrong set up on his part (didn't appear professional), but I am sure that he is going to fix that as soon as possible. I'm a new homeowner in the South Bay and had a bunch of post construction debris and dirt all over my back patio pavers. I inquired with a bunch of local businesses through Yelp. And there were a few bids slightly cheaper than Frank's. However, he explained that he also applies sealant as well during his service. I am glad I went with him, he did an amazing job. There was even a solidified, complete dry 6x6 inch area of stucco directly on a few of the pavers. Frank did a thorough job in removing the stucco and all the debris that was left over from construction. He took his time and really showed attention to detail. He was super easy to communicate with the entire time (before and during service). If I ever need power washing again, I won't use anyone else. I highly recommend!!
