If you go through my profile, you can see that I rarely leave one star reviews. In this case, I felt like I had to because I wish someone would have given me a heads up. They came out and put in front and rear sprinklers. As far as I can tell the piping portion was OK but as you can see in the pictures the wire connections were very poorly and dangerously done. Also the wire connecting the front valves to the controller was just laid on top of the gravel instead of being dug underground or put through my subfloor. My neighbor is mentioning it to me all the time. I guess I will have to go in and properly install those. The valves are also installed far above the ground which is pretty unsightly. Those are also pictured. He also broke a chunk out of my stucco and just glued it back on after I brought it to their attention. The bigger issue is that for some reason the rear sprinkler heads didn't have proper coverage. The installer blamed it on my plumbing which if that were true, wouldn't you do flow rate and pressure tests before installing? He just blamed it on me and said there was nothing he could do. I ended up paying to re-pipe my entire house and have a fresh copper line to the backyard and have reached back out to the company to see if they can finish the job and they are completely nonresponsive. You can see on the pictures I've asked questions for the past year and they are read but ignored. Sigh. I hope that they make this right and I will update my review if they do but if you want a job half done, this is the company you're looking for. If you are looking for an honest, thorough, and professional company that takes pride in their work and making their clients happy, keep looking. Let my experience be a lesson for you. read more

Tomas and crew did the most amazing and professional job I have ever experienced! They updated and corrected our sprinkler and drip system that was not working efficientky. In addition they discovered a water pipe leak and had to remove existing concrete to repair the leak. Pipe was repaired and new concrete poured. We will use them from now on for all of our landscaping needs. I recommend them highly. read more

When I requested quotes for my sprinkler issues here on Yelp, this company responded in less than five minutes. The other companies that responded to my request offered to get someone out to give me an estimate within a week. East Co Tree Care came out the same day and not only gave me a very good price, they actually fixed most of the issues the same evening! They came back the next day to finish the job and got everything working despite leaks, wiring problems, and faulty electronics. They have my highest recommendation. read more

Tomas came out and beat a quote that we got earlier. He was ready to work and along with another guy went to work on our project immediately. They removed a tree and leveled the planter it was in and pulled out two other wood planters on the side of our house. It took a few hours, but they worked until they removed all of the plants, got all the metal stakes out of the ground, and leveled it nicely. Well when you go online and book your appointment, it is fairly easy to do and you get email confirmation rather quickly. They keep tabs with you by email to let you know the time window they are coming. But later they send you another email saying they are delayed so they want to come at a later time window that day.  You give them the benefit of the doubt and another chance and say ok. However, it's all downhill from there. The service call is simply unfulfilled. They stand you up. You get stood up.  You end up wasting the whole day waiting waiting waiting ... for nothing. This company East Co Tree Care has Business Suicide Syndrome. So do yourself a favor, contact someone else who is a professional about their job. read more

We have extremely high praise for Eastco Tree Care! I've now used them for two separate jobs and are particularly happy with both. Initially, we had a competing bid from another reliable landscaper, to trim our extremely, large ficus tree but Eastco was true to their business card and beat the price. Plus being licensed & bonded we thought they were worth trying. The result was a professional worker doing an excellent job, and great clean-up, as well. The second job was more pressing - still, we would normally take the time to ask for other bids. The work was a more difficult palm tree removal with multiple base roots and involving a shared fence with a neighbor... However, because of their professionalism on the first job we selected Eastco from the start. Their pricing remained extremely fair, and they obviously are experts in their profession (their explanations of some of the issues were very helpful). Tomas and the team at Eastco Tree Care responded extremely quickly to my request for sprinkler service on Yelp. He booked a time with me the next morning. He arrived on time and inspected my system and did testing to verify that my controller box was the issue. He gave me different price options to correct the problem. I went with a new controller that can be programed using my phone on his recommendation. He worked with me on where to mount the new sprinkler controller and discussed some options on how to install it. Tomas is a wonderful person to deal with and even had to chop through some big tree roots to replace a sprinkler. Overall the experience was great. I highly recommend Eastco Tree Care for all of your sprinkler issues. I personally hate dealing with sprinklers and am thrilled to have an expert I can call. read more

I was having an issue with a leak in my sprinklers that was causing a steady stream of water to soak my retaining wall. My gardener tried to fix it but couldn't and suggested that I replace the valve altogether.
