I had it towed to Muffler Bandit, Turns out it was not plugged. It had a fuel smell so Kyke recommended Rigby Auto to take a look. I arranged to take it there and as soon as it started dash lights started flickering and it died. It was about 20° with a windchill of 10. Kyle went way above and beyond trying to get it started to get the windows rolled up and locked for the night. Unsure of what to do at the moment they let me keep it there and got it started the next day and put it in there shop for safe keeping another night! Had it towed the next day, ( Highly recommend Bilko towing as well ) 3 tows total... Turns out It was the alternator. Based on the reviews of AutoMetrics, it seemed that it might be a good fit. A good fit is an understatement! I took our car in this morning for an oil change as well as asking them to check out a possible suspension issue in the front end. Terry and Valentine were both personable and knowledgeable, both taking the time to discuss the suspension issue. Everyone in the shop was friendly and very professional. The shop was one of the cleanest and well organized I've ever seen. Our previous shop in Portland was the exact opposite. Erik went for a test ride with me to assess the suspension issue and immediately had some ideas on what the problem might be. Voila! The oil got changed and the suspension issue turned out to be nothing. Prices were incredibly reasonable and I left with a feeling of confidence knowing our car had been expertly tended to. And to top things off, when I went out to get in my car, I discovered they had washed it! We will definitely go back! Amazing!
