It's always been a pleasure working with the staff at an Office Depot. They've been professional and knowledgeable. When I visited, the sales had gotten up to 50% off. The store was looking at least half empty maybe more. I don't think the prices are gonna go down much more because they're gonna run out of stock. Since I was already on the market for a printer, I did decide to make a purchase and consulted with the staff about their opinion. I've already looked up online reviews of my chosen product. It was reassuring that the staffers's opinion and the online reviews were close to identical. It helps that my brother is a specialist in this area as well and his opinion jibed with both the online review and the staff. Well, that's a lot of consensus. It was 40% off, which beat the sales price of everything else out there by a tidy percentage. Effectively it may be too late to write a review about the store, because the selection of stock is so low anything I say might be gone by the time you read this. But in the end, I'm sorry that the store is going out of business and I wish the staff all my best.

I decided not to wait around because who knew when they would actually open. I made a preliminary selection, and after showing me fabric swatches the chair could be ordered with, Les Paul did the best thing ever: he left us alone to sit, talk, try other chairs, and make a decision. Finally, I was ready to place my order. L.P. explained everything clearly as we ensured that the chair we ordered is the one I want. She stop each time she pick up a pen to write something. It took over 30 minutes for her to sign a piece of paper and stamp it and does it wrong. Then continue to act like she knows what she doing. We decide to walk away because she wants to over charge us after the whole encounter. We went here for years and had great experience with previous crew. This new crew is horrible. The sad part is when we went to the notary across the street from them, the owner told us a lot of people come to him for notary because of the horrible treatment they encounter at this place. It validates that we are not the first that got mistreated and won't be the last. Glad to say we will never go there ever again.
