Our first interaction was with Miguel, the department manager, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. He took the time to assist us and made the shopping experience easy. We then worked with Vernon at the Customer Service desk, who was also excellent. He was professional, helpful, and got everything set up for us. We initially misunderstood the delivery schedule, so I called and spoke with Araceli , one of the managers. She quickly understood the situation, took care of the problem, and told us they would have our furniture delivered the very next day. To her credit, they did exactly that. The delivery team was also fantastic. I unfortunately didn't catch their names, but they were fast, professional, clean, and efficient. They handled everything carefully and got the job done quickly. This was my first experience shopping at Lowe's for something like this. I've used other companies in the past, but hands down, Lowe's provided a great experience from start to finish. If you're purchasing something that you can't easily fit in your vehicle, I highly recommend talking with Miguel, Vernon, or Araceli.. He held the item at cash register for me as it was the last one, I came back and shopped a bit more and he happened to be my cashier.
