I've had my chair just over 3 years now. MB 6-plus…read more 5-star experience: * When I purchased they honored a reseller's discounted price, which seems to have been erroneously discounted. I was able to purchase a 6-Plus for $5k and I had a friend purchase one as well. She's had no issues with hers and her son uses it twice a day. * Upon installation, technician had to be called in, he took most of the day to fix it but it was fixed thereafter. There was a part that had to be replace and mostly labor. * This was my 4th massage chair and I felt the construction to be solid, as I put my weight on the foot rest and it holds without failure. After 3 years, it still looks brand new and the movers commented that as well. * During a massage, I felt the pressure not as strong in one of the modes. Although the warranty expired after 3 years, I called MB and spoke to Mark and he was willing to fix the problem and get everything to its original working condition, despite the warranty being expired. * As far as future work, I don't think the technician was specialized solely on MB's chairs, so I felt most problems are not that difficult to solve, so I am confident that this chair will last me a lifetime. * As I mentioned prior, I had my friend purchase the same chair as mine, about a month later. Her chair is still going strong, and she says it is the best investment she's made for her family. Her son is disabled and has a handicap, where his legs get very tight. He uses it up to 3 times per day and takes a nap on it. * The only thing about having this chair is that guests and family members come over only to use my massage chair and not just for 40 minutes, usually up to 80 minutes. I decided to have my brother bring me dinner when he comes over now, but I do provide him unlimited access to the chair and drinks. I'm not a monster. * The movers who helped me move also used the chair, after moving my stuff. He was so grateful. He told me that when he got off the chair that his legs felt so light, like he was floating on air. Hence, this is the best investment that you can buy. When I couldn't find it myself, the staff guided me right to it and told me some pointers about treating them. The calamondin tree was the size of a small bush, had flowers already and some fruits. Price was only 69.99. I think it was a fair deal. Now I planted my fruit tree (I hope I don't kill it). It was very pleasant and will be going back there for all my green thumb needs.
