His invoice is fraudulent with charges for flares and special handling. It was confirmed to be a shakedown when my AAA tow truck driver that took the trailer to a repair facility near OKC from Stroud told me that it shouldn't have been over $100. Steve saw my desperate situation (disabled in the slow lane) and stepped on my throat. I would never recommend this unethical excuse for a human being.

I got them recorded telling me where they towed it from and honestly I don't blame them. all I did was ask them for the photos of where they towed my car from and they have done nothing but give me the run around. they could easily wipe their hands of it if they did nothing wrong with proof of pre tow pictures. they refused so I have to assume their insurance is liable. as well as the company for trying to protect their contract with the apartment complex. got the apartment on video lying as well and now they are just pointing the finger at each other and nothing telling me that it's the other one's fault . either way I'm suing away on this one and they can fight it out in court. if anyone has had similar experiences please get back with me so we can add to it.

I had electrical issues with a used Nissan. I had it in 3 different shops and spent almost 2000 dollars trying to get it repaired. The dealer ship wanted 4000k to repair it, and had the wrong diagnosis. Other shops told me to replace the ECM, sensors and wiring harnesses. Mike found the problem after one day- it turned out to be a short in a connector. The car runs great now!! I wish I would have known about this mechanic before I spend 2000 grand in the other 3 shops. Very knowledgeable and skilled mechanics, but also very honest. Their initial negligence led to weeks of back and forth with insurance, stolen property and a major headache because they'll let anyone take your car with no questions asked, apparently. In response to the owner's response: Allied, IAA and the insurance company of the individual who totaled my car cannot verify when my items were stolen, so each entity involved in moving my car is responsible due to the negligence from all involved parties :-) Thank you!
