I also liked the fact Anthony didn't have any of those scam maintenance contracts that the bigger guys try to intimidate you into signing. If they try to pull that crap, run. My father was in the trades and working with him when I was younger gave me a good BS detector. That said, I called Anthony, left a message and he got back to me within 15 minutes. Super honest nice guy. I explained my issue and he explained that he can fix central air units but doesn't replace them, which I initially thought was disappointing, but it turns out to be the best way. Think about it. With older units most other companies are going to tell you to replace the entire thing. They don't want to replace some part because there's no big payday in it for them. I liken it to a dentist. They don't try to save your tooth anymore because they can make much more money putting in an implant. After a time misunderstanding on my part, we arranged a time and Anthony showed up ,on time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part at very little cost. All guaranteed. I'm just happy if it gets me through the summer. You have to call Anthony first, before anybody else. The guy can do anything. Now if anybody asks me for a recommendation, I can say "I gotta guy"

The owner, Gary, came out later that afternoon and after diagnosing the problem, made me aware that the motor on the condensing unit was shot and needed to be replaced. It was late in the afternoon and Gary said he would make some calls in the morning to see if he could locate a motor. The next day around 10:00am, Gary called and said he had located one and would be out later that day to replace the motor. True to his word, he showed up a few hours later and replaced the motor.
