Every time we've had an emergency plumbing issue, Bob has been incredibly responsive and professional. More importantly, he keeps my wife and me calm when things are stressful, explains what's going on in plain language, and then handles the problem correctly the first time. One thing that really speaks volumes about his professionalism is that he did not install our Navien combi system--that was already in place when we moved in, before we found him. Despite that, Bob had zero issue servicing and repairing the unit, diagnosing problems accurately and getting it back up and running without any finger-pointing or excuses. Had a leak from the work he had done, he came back and made it worse. Another plumber came in the following day and couldnt' believe the work he saw was done by a licensed plumber. White PVC pipe connected into black PVC pipe which is apparently not to code, fittings not properly put together, and pvc pipes were not properly primed prior to being glued together. After spending almost $2,000.00 with Mr. Hazard, I had to shell out another $400.00 to correct his horrendous sloppy leaking mess. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
