She parks her car in an handicapped parking spot facing her apartment. Today she realized her car was missing- She assumed her handicap parking placard must have fell off. She contacted her apartment building complex and was told they could help by calling your towing company and explain the situation. She was charged $300 to pickup her car ( $200 for towing and $50/day for storage). The apartment complex was able to reduce it to $200. That's $200 for a 26min ( 2 way) towing ride. Of course only when we got there she was told you only accept cash otherwise you charge a $12 convenience fee. Thank you for your inability to show compassion or any desire to help further.

My two kids and I were on the way to an outing in Morrisville with my son's friends. I was just driving along when, out of nowhere, the Tesla in front of me slammed on brakes suddenly. Without a moment to think, I had to quickly swerve to avoid hitting the Tesla. The good news is that I was successful in missing the Tesla. The bad news is that the road had no shoulder and my car ended up on a steep incline where I did not feel safe enough to move the car or exit it. My motherly instinct kicked in and I dialed 911 to play it safe. The police and fire personnel arrived and agreed that I had made the right decision to call for help given that my car could have tipped over. The police called Further Towing & Recovery to assist.
