My vehicle abruptly died in New Hill during rush hour while I was headed back to Cary with my two dogs. It was at least 95 degrees outside, and I called Bandit Towing to see if they would be able to send someone out to get me. When I made the call, it was 5:05 P.M., and I was sure it would be a long night. I was worried about the dogs being out in the heat for so long. Bill arrived, loaded my vehicle, let me and the dogs get in the cab of his truck where it was cool, and delivered us smoothly to our front door at 6:33 P.M. No, really. One hour and 28 minutes from initial contact to the front door. There was pleasant conversation all the way home; my dogs loved him (you can tell a lot about people by how your dog behaves around them, you know, lol). I highly recommend this business. These guys are fantastic. I had donated two of a deceased relative's cars to public radio, but their usual service could not do a pickup before the house was to be sold. With very short notice, the donation program guy found Bandit. Father and son came in two trucks. Access to the cars was a narrow drive behind the house, and neither car was running. They jump-started the first with no problem. Second car was in a garage with no ignition key and locked front wheels. Somehow they got it out of there and onto the second truck on a VERY hot afternoon. This was a huge stress off my mind - just in time! read more

My car was involved in an incident that left it hanging over the edge of a road under construction. It was impossible for me to move it. I found Bandit Towing using Google maps and they were the 3rd towing company I called. The first two were unable to help, but luckily for me, Bill was on his way back from an earlier job and arrived in under 20 minutes. He did a masterful job of recovering the vehicle from a very difficult situation and delivered it and me back home. It will need some mechanical repairs. I don't usually post reviews and I'm not one for gushing enthusiasm, but Bill did a fantastic job, worked quickly, was very polite, and his fees were entirely reasonable. This is one of the best towing companies you can pick. My daughter's car broke down, and I called them in the early afternoon to arrange a pick up time. The driver called me and arrived 15 mins early. He took great care with the car, and was very nice. It was also one of the cheapest tows I have ever paid for. About half of what I was expecting.
