Ruben replied to my inquiry immediately and we were able to schedule my free estimate (he was on time for my estimate). Something to note and why the quickness is appreciated- my work room is pretty small so obviously I'm aware my job wouldn't be a huge money maker (just being honest here, lol). With that being said, I was still treated like a valued customer with how eager he was to respond to my inquiry and take me on as a client. Also, I was turned down by a few companies since my room is small. 2. Once again, QUICK SERVICE! After my estimate, his team was able to work on my room within the next few days! We scheduled a time and they were actually there early! I still can't believe I finally found contractors who actually show up on time. A lot of times I've worked with contractors for various things and they are never on time or reschedule last minute. I'm super grateful to this company for being punctual. Lastly, they finished my flooring really fast. 3. Great quality. My floor looks amazing. When the team finished, they waited for me to inspect which is also appreciated. 4. Fair pricing. Like paint you can think something will look good and you'll never know until it's installed. I am glad I trusted James's instinct. His two staff floor installers were also some of the best I've seen. Prior to James I had a carpet installer at another place and the carpet ended up having rolls in it 1-2 years later. AND.. I also had a kitchen remodel where the flooring people allowed water to seep in and the floor was damaged a year later (but it was too late by then and I could not get it replaced). These are OTHER experiences I am comparing to so you understand HOW GOOD JAMES IS. To-date, the carpet on my stair well is still flawless (this is now years later). And the the luxury vinyl plank James recommended are still my favorite in both color and quality. There have been zero issues.
