They added a repair to a different car to my report which inflated my mileage on the Carfax report by over 70,000 miles. That impacted the fair value of my used car and resulted in exceptionally low offers for sale. Then Kool Breeze refused to helped and thought it would be a good idea to curse at me. Don't use these folks. They will cost you money!!!

From the moment we met Drew "The Car Dude" North, everything felt different. He genuinely made us feel comfortable, cared about, and understood throughout the entire process. He never once made us feel pressured or treated us like just another sale. He listened to every concern we had, answered every question honestly, and took the time to really talk with us instead of talking at us. You could tell he truly cared about helping us find the right vehicle and making sure we felt good about our decision. He was so personable and easy to talk to that it honestly felt like we had known him forever. We cracked jokes the whole time and somehow he turned what should have been a stressful experience into one that was actually exciting and enjoyable. That meant a lot to us considering how anxious we were walking in. We ended up getting a 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and we absolutely love it already. A few experiences…read more First: 2007, I bought a car from Green's. It was a great experience all around. From the salesman to financing, the customer service was top-notch. Also 2007, not long after the purchase I hit a deer and took it to Green's garage to be fixed. Another great experience and one that turned me into a lifelong Toyota customer. I won't even consider another brand. Second: 2025: Brakes. After 18 long years of not needing brakes, it was time to utilize Green's garage again. Because of the timespan and not knowing how much of the brake system would need replacing, I didn't want to take my luck taking it to some random garage so I went back to Green's for the work. Some of the parts took an extra day to arrive but not a big deal at all. I had already planned for the few days of repair work wait. They also noticed there were 4 recalls on my car so they took care of those(free of charge). Work completion: The car is like new! No issues at all. Third: 2025: During the brakes incident, I didn't plan to buy a new car anytime soon because I was going to stick with my 2007 until the wheels fell off. For the better part of a year, I had been keeping my eyes peeled for a specific model that I had drove during my Montana trip in 2021. During the brakes incident, I checked Green's certified inventory... and there it was! The exact 2022 model that I drove on that trip! It must be a sign, right? The day I saw the car, I reached out to them to see if it was available, drove down to Lexington, took it for a test drive, got financed, and left with the new car. AGAIN! From the online interaction to the salesman to the loan officer, A+++++ on all accounts. It just further reinforced being a lifelong Toyota customer. Even being in Louisville where we have Toyota dealerships, I'll go well out of my way to do business with Green's in Lexington. Whether you own a Toyota, need maintenance, or you're thinking about owning a Toyota, I can't recommend Green's enough. New car! If you back out of a job because you can't do it, just say that. Don't waste people's time. Look him up on Facebook. He's scammed people out of $$$ and calls everyone a liar when they speak up. He's good at gaslighting you. I'm really honestly not sure how he's still in business. He's done multiple people really bad from all the things I've seen in groups and people's comments. Some lady even said he did 10k worth of damage to her car all because he wanted to scam her. Of course he's going to reply to this saying he didn't do it or that your post is "malice." That's his usual move. Anybody that speaks up about him, he attacks. Read all the reviews, folks. Do your homework and don't just believe the good reviews for him. He does shady work and will lie through his teeth to prove you wrong. All of his bad reviews are the actual truth of his behavior and his business. I highly suggest you do your research and join a bunch of the community groups on Facebook. His little cult-like friends are the ones writing him perfect reviews.

My dtr's car's serpentine belt broke so was undrivable (engine overheating cuz the water pump…read morewasn't being driven by the belt). I called about 7 at night, and he said he could get to it about 3 the next day after a couple other jobs. I said fine. Just to compare I called 2 local shops and tow services in the morning - tow and repair would be about $225. In the morning he texted that he could be out right away. I told him that I was 25 minutes from her car and said ok. He got there less than 5 minutes after I did. He saw oil that had splattered cuz the cap had been off for a while days earlier and said that's probably why the belt failed since none of the pulleys were a problem. He cleaned up the oil, put on a new belt (that one shop wanted $55 for), checked the oil level, added some that I had, jumped the battery (it was dead since the alternator wasn't being driven by the belt either, and that car has a small phantom electrical drain), and was done in probably 25 minutes. Charged me $70. So he saved me all the hassle and time of dealing with a tow truck and a repair shop, and saved me $155! Will definitely use again.
