I chose to go with Diverse, because Roland came to our apartment and did an on-site survey and gave us a very fair quote upon inspection of our 2 story unit. We had our whole apartment cleaned.... living room, dining room, stairs, and two bedrooms. Despite it being a terrible day for carpet cleaning due to the weather (rain), Diverse did an excellent job. They really take the time to do things right! They vacuum the whole place first, then do a pre-wash & scrub, and finally a hot water extraction. Roland also threw in the spot treatment and deodorizer for free. We chose to go with an organic cleaner, over the traditional cleaner, because of our new born coming on the way. It got all the stains out no problem. The carpets dried pretty quickly, even with the bad weather. I will definitely use their service again, and highly recommend them!
