They gave me an estimate for repair, which justified buying a new unit. I really appreciated their honesty and helpfulness, especially since they are not in the new appliance sales business. And to top it off, their phone is is always answered -- and by a delightful lady named Bonnie, who's part of the family. This company is a throwback to simpler times, and they're a pleasure to deal with. I almost hope one of my other appliances will break down, so I can have them repair it!

So a week ago, I convinced LG to assign a different provider to perform the repairs. This time, LG selected A & E Factory Service for the job. Having had my refrigerator unrepaired for 6 months, I was obviously skeptical. Nevertheless, A&E Factory Service scheduled my repair appointment within a week. Although I was told that a technician would arrive between 8 am and 5 pm, already before 9 am I got a call from the attending technician, Daniel, who said that he was on his way. He arrived 30 mins later and performed the repairs competently and quickly. He was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable, all the markings of a true professional. Overall, my experiences with A&E Factory Service were day and night as compared to those with the local provider. If I ever need any of my appliances repaired, I'd go with A&E Factory Services again.
