GO HERE! I have not felt this much relief in so long. I came just to unwind and destress, but left with so much more. I like massages to begin with, but I felt this was a truly customized experience, addressing my specific points of discomfort. I had extremely stiff shoulders and neck causing frequent headaches and I feel a huge relief after the massage and high frequency. I've had four facial massage/lymphatic drainage sessions with Julian so far. I'm in my 50's, in shape with good skin, but see some asymmetry (left side), a loss of firmness and definition especially in my lower face and neck. Also some puffiness in the eye area at times. Prefer to avoid surgery, botox and fillers but still look my best. This work is deep and a bit uncomfortable, but not too much so. My face looks noticeably lifted after the 1 hour session which includes deep facial massage, lymphatic work and high frequency. The lift seems to last a day or so thus far. Julian and his team are professional, kind and accomodating. It's too early to know the long term result, but I feel I'm doing something healthy and natural for my skin and health that will pay off long term with a more youthful, lifted appearance. I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received at Mapsee Korean Med Spa. I am so grateful to have discovered this hidden gem! I am a spa trends specialist and have been researching the best of the best in healing retreats and spas for over 2 decades. Julian is very intelligent and his facility is clean. His assistants are very careful and kind. I was 14 days pre op from smart lipo and skin tightening procedures and felt tight and uncomfortable. A few of my friends had traditional liposuction and suggested lymphatic massages. My surgeon, who is certified and a MD doesn't think the massages are necessary. I used the project option on Yelp and Julian replied. I had an appointment the same day. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, I don't think Julian asked enough questions about my lipo. I also thought the suggestion of massages at least twice a week was a bit excessive and too expensive for ME. I thought his response was a bit intrusive. I'm a fair person, I gave 4 stars because I should have done more research before booking my appointment. I was desperate for the same relief my friends had. After doing research, it appears that massage I booked was not for the procedures I had. I should have gotten a manual massage. I do suggest Julian's clinic, especially if you had traditional lipo. ***** I decided to add an addendum to my review after Julian's response. It was condescending, passive aggressive and rude.
