They will tell you the initial credit check will be a…read moresoft pull. what they don't tell you is that they go through multiple loan companies, so one may be a soft pull and the other will be a hard pull. Then when you find out and call pinnacle and tell them you do not want to go through pinnacle, I even go so far as to call the loan companies themselves. And tell them you do not want to go through with a contract. Pinnacle finds a way to still go through it, so they are very misleading. I just got a letter from expedian letting me know that my credit rating was lower drastically. And my loan was denied not sure why it was denied, I refuse to go with the process before it was denied. Also trying to get a hold of the manager was trying to pull teeth he was always in a meeting or not in the office. Finally I got a hold of him and made him send me a letter to where I can send it to all the credit companies Expedien, TransUnion, Equifax, explaining Pinnacles deception. I know TransUnion said they would accept the letter, so I'm not sure about the other credit companies.
