They worked with the manufacturer to get it replaced. Everything was taken care of promptly. Recently, I had replacement windows go in. For a reasonable fee they came out to take down the blinds and, then came back to replace them. A few of the windows didn't make it in. When I called to reschedule, thinking they would only make one service trip, they volunteered to come out both now and, later when the remaining windows are installed at no additional cost. The same office manager who helped me with the blinds 5 years ago is still there. Melissa has been wonderful to deal with. I'd recommend these folks to anything getting window treatments. A+ customer service.

We had previously ordered from another granite/quartz countertop company for our newly-built home in Sweetwater, TN. We later found out that the Owner could not fulfill his order with us due to a medical situation in his family. We googled and found another countertop company - Staley Marble & Granite. We were living in Colorado at the time and couldn't fly out to see their inventory. They face-timed with us and walked us thru what they had. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. Their price for the quartz and granite countertops (kitchen, bathrooms) was even better than the previous company. They installed the countertops and they looked beautiful! A month later, we had a little coconut oil ring from a bottle left out overnight on a bathroom counter. They had one of their guys come out and take the ring out and reseal the counter - no extra cost! Staley Marble & Granite have great prices and service! I highly recommend them!
