The experience here is magical, there's so many beautiful Instagramable photo spots, and hundreds of trees to choose from. The staff is friendly enough and very fast and efficient. The prices were very high but you are paying for the experience and ambience here. I definitely recommend for kids bc it's such a fun Christmas experience very hallmarky.
