When discussing a project, both Michelle and Jim will bring up things you might not have thought of, such as things that might cause issues or options that might save you money. For example, what were designed as black and white pages in my dual bw/color project were stilled viewed in their printer as color because the computer-operated printer could detect shades of color within the black. Michelle worked a little magic to force those bw pages to print as such. There was a small charge for her time to do this, but it ended up saving me thousands by printing those pages as bw rather than color. Jim and Michelle are very easy to work with and certainly know what they are doing. It is nice to be able to talk directly with the bosses! I have several more projects in mind and I know who I'll be going to when the time comes to print them. The end result is that my projects come out looking very professional. Our group has worked with Fox Ridge for awhile, but this was my first experience with them. They were fantastic. I was able to email my documents to them in the morning, and pick them up after work. One of their workers, Lisa, called me to double check a few things and make sure she was doing the job correctly. The place closes at 5pm, but I called at 4:45 saying I was running a bit late. "No problem!" they told me. Awesome. Prices were very reasonable, and I believe they cut us a break on a few extras like folding the letters because we are a nonprofit. This is a great place!

Their consistency is unmatched when it comes to quality and customer service, my two favorite things. With my latest printing request, I decided to contact a local printer instead since it was a smaller job (but still, a very important job). And the nightmare began-- with the local shops my emails were going unanswered, quotes were being delivered weeks later, and when I was finally able to get a response from someone and my product printed, I was disappointed (to say the least) with the results. I even had the local shop re-print...but round two was still not up to my admittingly high standards. So, I did what I should have done in the first place, and I contacted Richfield Printing. Mike gladly accepted my job and patiently answered my extensive questions. The job was printed the next day, and I was provided a tracking number the day after that. Two days later, the package arrived. I must say-- I was a bit nervous after the stress and negative results I'd experienced with the local printers. I opened the box and was immediately pleased with the care that went into the packaging. My product was beautifully separated, wrapped, and protected. (A very nice surprise compared to the way the previous shop had rubber-banded and thrown the product into a paper bag.) Based on the presentation, I knew what came next had to be good...and it sure was. Upon immediate glance, everything looked great...in fact, too great. I was so used to disappointment, this all seemed too good to be true. So I went back to look at every single piece, searching for error, but I found nothing. Only perfectly printed and assembled sheets of paper. Wow. With the abundance of quick-stop print shops, it's a very special thing to find a quality shop like Richfield Printing. Folded and address labels printed out. I did not get the flyers folded as promised and initially gave a less than favorable review. Mike the owner called me right away. We had a great discussion and he reimbursed me for the folding. I really appreciated the call and follow-up. Now I definitely would recommend! And the quality was great.
