Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the clinic, and not once has anyone returned my calls. Instead of fixing the problem or honoring the service I already paid for, staff keep trying to upsell me on other services. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I paid in full for laser treatments--not for excuses or sales pitches. This is extremely poor management and unacceptable customer service. If you cannot deliver the services you advertise and take full payment for, you should not be operating this way. Management needs to take accountability immediately. Any company you work for provides you with an employee handbook that clarifies dress code, security, company policy, etc. they did not provide that. Nor give any warnings. Literally worse than before. I'm embarrassed. People make comments. I'm going to have to find another surgeon to fix this crap. Now, she did email me a offer to fix it for free (which it always should have been) and I declined. I already did that. They failed the assignment. Why would I ever trust them again after this? Research your surgeon. Just because they have followers and a ton of pics doesn't mean they have great business practices.
