The thing I liked about Dawn was that she didn't seems like a "salesperson". She was really down to earth and honest and ended up being more like a friend. She was not pushy and did not hover over us when we looked at houses. She let us take charge and only gave her input when asked for it, which we did a lot. She was always readily available and would text me back or email almost immediately when we had questions. She was very good at mapping out houses as well, so we weren't travelling from one side of town to the other and back, which would have wasted time and gas.
