What I found is a bunch of unique finds, but you literally have to [find] it. If you're not in the mood to hunt for what you want, don't bother. The Home Good portion of this store is in complete disarray. Ultimately, I found what I came for and got it at a great price, put a few more items in the cart. I found unique gift items and coffee table books galore! I really enjoy coffee table books. I was looking for a good old fashioned Bundt pan, the second store that I'd been to. Happily they had it. The lines moved quickly enough. The staff was polite enough. I liked shopping here.

Even though it's considered an "outlet" store, the prices still seem to be a bit high. They do have quite a bit of sales though, which can make a difference at the register. While there's a lot of clothing, it does seem to be quite organized & clean. There's plenty of employee presence around, straightening up & asking if you need assistance. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an employee who told me what all was on sale & offered to give me a shopping tote. There's plenty of fitting rooms to use.

So as I coming to return/exchange the next day i waited on a line that wasn't there three associate continue doing nothing like I wasn't there finally they acknowledge me .As I explained i wanted to do a return/exchange no one know how to do it! So they call some guys that later told me he was one of the managers as I have ask. He seen to be a little upset his demeanor was off and not inviting. He said first thing I need to do is return the first item OK that find I don't know how's that work he was not at all friendly as I try to make small talk letting him know hey I work in the mall as well he seem to be having a hard time doing the return. Finally gave me my return receipt then he begins to do the exchange when he was done i ask for my original receipt because I still have a purchase on it he told me no they have to keep it ...I said well I don't have proof of the sweater i purchase he told me to take a picture of the receipt still nasty attitude then I ask was he the manager he said he's one of them. I did take a picture which I thought was odd .i left and was just so upset about the whole experience. One of the big draws here is the Sea-Life Aquarium that is in one corner of the property. Other than Mall of America, we couldn't recall another facility that had an attraction like that. Considering the larger stand-alone type malls, Charlotte has a few ... notably South Park, the Charlotte Premium Outlet, Northlake, and this Concord Mills, among others. Concord Mills has to compete for customers (especially with the brick and mortar storefronts losing out so much to Amazon) and they do a pretty nice job ... once again the aquarium helps. They close relatively early ... we think 8 pm, but that is a sign of the times to keep everything safe. Food court was pretty nice also, and had a very nice carousel for the younger crowd. We'd return here for the stores, but probably not for the aquarium, since that is more of a once a year thing. Three stars for the mall stores, rounded up to four stars with the attractions added in.

I…read morewaited a good while to go check it out to let the hype die down and I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are super low, but from what I saw the quality of the clothes aren't terrible. The place is HUGE and they have several different departments from kids to home. I loved perusing the women's section. I was able to find some nice inexpensive jeans, tops and socks. I loved this store, it had things I like to wear and lots of basic pieces that you can add to an outfit. Very very affordable. I definitely understand why people who knew about this store were so excited for one to open in Charlotte. I recommend going on a weekday afternoon or evening to avoid all the chaos that is Concord Mills mall though. Otherwise, this store is pretty cool!!

I purchased a dress that I had to go down in size and jeans that I had to go up in size. Try on everything so you can make sure it fits. My fitting room experience was not great. The attendant was more concerned with conversing with her coworkers than checking me in. Self check out can be tricky if you are not paying attention. The lady ahead of me did not get a receipt and the attendant told her incorrect info about obtaining it. After I paid and my receipt did not come out, I asked for assistance. Turns out the paper was jammed in the machine. I have my receipt, but the lady in front of me was SOL. The manager told her if you need to bring something back to tell them what happened. I hope they don't give her a hard time about that! I do agree with other Yelpers to come here during the day or during the week to not be in a crowded store. Oh and they close at 8pm with the mall, not 9pm as the Yelp listing says.
