We contacted them over a month ago for repairs to our dock. They kept saying week after week to…read morecall next week to see if they were available. Well, on last Friday they said they could come out on Monday and would call. No call, no show. Wasted my time for over a month of back and forth. I called multiple times, one time got through, son said that the owner-father would return my call. Again, no return call and no contact. Called a few more times but was being screened. This is absolutely not how you are supposed to run a business. If I could I would give them negative stars for how poorly they treated us.

Recently we were docking our boat and had an issue with the power lift. After securing the boat we tried charging the battery and then switching the battery to no avail. We contacted Joe who provided some additional troubleshooting over the phone. When we were unable to operate the lift Joe offered to go to his shop and deliver a new motor. Joe delivered the motor and we were back in business that afternoon. Needless to say Empire Dock is in Baldwinsville and I am in Chaumont Bay. In addition this was Sunday, June 17th, Fathers Day.

Dale provided amazing customer service at Syracuse Bicycle in December when I purchased the…read moreCannondale mountain bike, when I picked it up in February and when I went in to get accessories and to check the way I was fitting the bike with how I was riding. The price was much more reasonable buying it in December and I believe I received great value in this bicycle! I have been riding the trails, on my college campus and around the neighborhood with no problems. Today Dale helped me be prepared for the expected tire blowout with tools and a spare tube to change it with. Also, I purchased a very low profile bag for under the seat to help keep the these live savers on the trail. Finally, Dale showed me the different lubricants to use on the chain. I purchased the oil and he gave me a little instruction on how to best apply it. Knowledgeable people with great customer service is a combination that I appreciate from Dale and Syracuse Bicycle!

The guy who examined my bike for repair was distant and not engaging or seemingly knowledgeable. I brought my skis in for them to look at. Another local large ski co supposedly waxed and sharpened…read morethem. I skied on them once and they were super slow. The helpful associate at Resource Cycling showed me how there was barely any wax on them and compared the bottoms to a pair they had just worked on at Resource Cycling. Night and day difference. I waited over 2 weeks to get my skis back at the other place. Resource Cycling had my skis done in just under 24 hours! They went above and beyond to right the wrong of the other shop. My skis are now filled, waxed and sharpened properly and honestly look brand new. I will HIGHLY recommend Resource Cycling for ski waxing to everyone I know!
