First of all, with your warning notice, you do not provide an example image of what acceptable palm tree maintenance looks like, per your opinion. I've grown up in Southern California my entire life and traveled all over the world, including tropical climates where palms naturally grow in the sand on beaches. Every palm tree I've ever seen whether here in the USA or in another country has had a few or multiple dead leaves and bark on the bottom. I've even included photos of palm trees that exist outside of your little community here (photos were taken in June 2026). People who have moved to the area or own property under your HOA management may have moved into the area from other parts of the country where palm trees actually look like the photos I have provided here. Some people don't even notice this because this is what they have grown up knowing and seeing every single day. The fact that you sent a warning notice with intent to fine over a few dead leaves that were completely underneath the green leaves, shows that you are just looking for reasons to send warnings. It also shows narrow minded thinking on your part; just assuming people know what level of "palm tree maintenance" you view as acceptable, meanwhile there are palm trees all over the USA and other areas of the planet that look completely different than what you deem acceptable. Maybe broaden your horizons a bit.... Second point I'd like to make here...on your warning with intent to fine, why don't you provide a list of local tree trimming businesses local to the area? This would make it much easier on the homeowner to just contact a gardener/landscaper instead of having to look one up. Just throw in a list of gardener/landscaper companies that do tree trimming in with your warning notice. Third point....there are MULTIPLE dead plants all over the community areas that the HOA homeowner dues are supposed to be maintaining. I do not see where all the money is going with these HOA dues. The whole community is looking run down. The property under your HOA management that is owned by our family is not a full time residence. We've been in contact with MULTIPLE neighbors on our AZ block and we seem to be the only ones getting hit with your notices about "palm tree maintenance" yet half the block has palm trees with dead leaves visible from the street! Half the lawns on the block are also filled with weeds! So, are you just picking on us because we aren't there full time? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm..........seems suspicious to me. If I were this company, I'd be more concerned about why a majority of the homeowners are not paying their dues. Are you just sending warnings to those of us who are actually paying our dues? I complained about people parking in front or by my home and I was told to go hunting for where they lived so they can address the fine. I received a current violation without warnings. They stated I received two courtesy letters which we never received. The letter received already assessed a fine. Our neighbors and neighborhood doesn't follow any of our guidelines. People still park in the streets and by our house all the time. Trash cans never get put in back yards and stay in front of peoples homes. Garages are still used for living spaces . I got a fine for tree branches hitting our home. For a company that prides in customer service has ineffective communication with home owners who actually follow the rules but there are homeowners that continue to have non maintanced yards and trash bins in front of their yard.

Also the condo association does a great job of keeping the complex clean, quiet and updated. Working with Dave the property manager is really easy and they are really responsive to concerns. I'm a snow bird and I notice the units are generally occupied by younger working people which is fine, but different than my demographic. People are friendly and helpful to a snow bird. Also, the monthly HOA fee is very low for all the facilities that are available: pools, hot tub, basketball and racquetball courts and bike storage etc. I haven't lived in a HOA for much of my life so I am getting used to all the rules, but nothing has been too burdensome. The HOA locks the gate closest to my unit after 6 pm on weeknights which makes for extra driving when returning after 6 pm. However, I understand the extra security because I have seen some sketchy people in the area and the HOA feels very safe and quiet. If I lived in AZ full time, then I would probably buy a house or condo in a nicer location, but given my part time status Circle Tree Condos are great and meet my needs.

Yes, I reported so many and I loved it! The buildings are a little older but they do their best to take care of something if it needs attention. Also, the neighborhood is a little scetchy but they have codes and gates that keep you safe. They also have 24-7 security which takes good care of the area. Specifically surrounding noise complaints, they're on! They're also very good about communication. If something is going on regarding maintenance, or events, they are good at telling you in advance. The people there were pretty nice. Lower income mostly, but super friendly. A lot if families with kids or retired older people. Good part is the condos are located right next to the freeway if you need to get anywhere fast.

So they had an answer waiting for me I just wasn't important enough to call back. There are planning to leave me without Gas for over a week meaning I have no heat in the lows of 45 degree weather, can't do any laundry, can't cook any food, don't have any hot water. This is how they will leave you if you rent from them. Save yourself the trouble and find literally any other company. I've since asked for a rent reduction for the days I won't be able to live in the home, but as usual like every other time I call or email, I have no gotten a response.
