We've always loved living here, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I received a call accusing my husband of hosting a large party and being told there was "footage" and even pizza boxes with his full name on them. None of this was true--we were home with our sick child all night. When I tried to explain, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and kept insisting she "wasn't calling to argue" while repeating false information. She even claimed we couldn't see the supposed footage without a police warrant, yet was ready to charge us fees for something we didn't do. Management later admitted it was a mistake, but the apology felt incomplete and the employee who made the false accusations never apologized at all. That's unacceptable. No resident deserves to be treated this way. The experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and handled with zero accountability. read more

I rented a carriage home (2-unit building) with an attached garage for 5+ years. Town Commons (TC) went through some 4 different property management companies and is currently run by Olympus Property. The transitions were hard, but it's out of my control. TC is a super quiet neighborhood especially at night. However, you will be at the mercy of your neighbors. I had two inconsiderate tenants next door that were a bit loud, but other than that it's been a good experience. Other Pros: - The TC staff is super friendly and is always there to help you with any questions or issues. I appreciate the Assistant Manager Holly coming out to talk to me when I visited the office and the rest of the staff's pleasantries. - The final walk-through is a stressful part of renting. I'd say TC was one of the most seamless processes I've been through. I met with Holly to ask some questions about what my responsibilities are, etc. and she made everything very simple. I just paid the cleaning fee and didn't have to do much. I did leave the rental unit in excellent condition and TC did not nickel and dime when I got the final bill. They even took care of a few items I accidentally left behind, which I really appreciated. - Maintenance team is a group of super friendly guys that promptly fix any issues at hand. Other Cons: - The manager named Jasmine was initially engaged, but since then she never got involved with any issues. Every time I sent her an email; it went into a black hole, and I never received a response, esp re: the noise issues. Basically, Holly is the manager in my opinion, and they should make her one. - It's difficult to set up an appointment or communicate with maintenance on the status of a service request. You can work around it by contacting the front office, but the process needs improvement. Overall, TC is a competitively priced rental for what you get. It's in a great location, and you get to deal with a friendly staff that are there to assist. If you can rent one of the carriage homes, that would be your best bet. LL read more

For this price, you can find much better options. Don't be fooled by the outward beauty; it's deceptive. If it were possible to give a negative rating instead of zero, that would be fair. Everything I describe here is solely my experience, my situation, my point of view, and my review of this place. I lived in apartment 3115, on the very top floor. The windows offered a view of a beautiful parking lot, a movie theater, and a canal, and at the time, it seemed like a great location, in the very corner and away from everything. Only the windows overlooking the dog walking area could spoil the view, but the reality turned out to be much worse. Before moving into these or any other apartments, please check the air conditioner locations on Google Maps. In my case, all the air conditioners were on the roof, and three of them were directly above my apartment. I lived on the top floor, and when these air conditioners started working, the noise and vibration penetrated my apartment, and it was unbearable. The sound insulation in these apartments is simply terrible. This leads to the following problem: when my neighbor, who lived on the floor below, walked around his apartment, my walls and floor shook. He also had small children who ran and jumped like crazy, which further aggravated the situation. Despite all my attempts and complaints to the office, as well as calls to security, the noise from the neighbor did not stop because the managers didn't care. They only gave empty promises and didn't solve anything, and this noise and chaos continued until the very end of my lease. The next problem is parking spaces. You won't have a dedicated reserved space, even for one car; you'll have to park wherever you can find a spot, which is quite tricky because most cars don't leave their parking spaces. The next problem is the lack of garbage containers; there's only a small trash can near your door, and trash is collected only from Sunday to Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, when you have a lot of trash, it's not collected, and you have to keep it in your apartment. In the summer, the smell from this trash is terrible. If you try to take the garbage out into the hallway on those days, you'll be fined $50. In addition, trash is not collected on holidays, so if a holiday falls on a Thursday or Sunday, the trash sits and stinks in your apartment for half a week. The constant noise from the dog park will also prevent you from enjoying any place. My windows overlooked a parking lot, a movie theater, and offices, or so I thought. However, it turned out to be a church and a food bank, and every weekend from six in the morning until nine in the evening, there were gatherings accompanied by noise that prevented me from resting and sleeping. The swimming pool is tiny for such a large apartment complex and often breaks down in the summer. Some residents smoked not only tobacco products but also illegal substances, and the smell was everywhere; the management only expressed deep concern without taking any action. The air conditioner constantly broke down; it was finally replaced only in the middle of the summer of 2025. The repairers left behind damaged doors and floors, for which money was deducted from my security deposit, which, by the way, I never got back. I repainted and cleaned everything in the apartment myself. This is the most expensive and disgusting place I have ever lived. According to the contract, you have no rights, only obligations. Problems began on the first day of my stay, and I left a negative review then because the management didn't respond to my complaints. However, after my review, I was invited to the office. They brazenly lied, said they would resolve all my complaints, and asked me to edit or delete the review. I believed them and deleted my old review, but after a year and a half of living there, these problems, or at least some of them, were still not resolved. As a result, the administration's attitude towards me worsened, and my requests and complaints went unanswered or were delayed. But let all this remain on their conscience; if people are rotten, there's nothing you can do about it. I want to warn others so they don't make the same mistake I did. This place is a hidden gem. I'm planning on moving to Gilbert, AZ from California and was looking to find a place close to my family/friends. The pictures of the complex is great on their website, but in person it's even better. When you walk into the leasing office - I was immediately acknowledged and greeted by the staff. Jasmine and Holly were amazing! While I was walking the property, all of the amenities looked well kept and in good condition. They have common areas in their offices that residents can use and is very welcoming. This will definitely be in my top 3 choices as I'm looking to start my new beginnings. read more

I mainly wanted to come on here to comment on the amazing experiences I have had with the maintenence team here. Marco, Jason, and Logan have been nothing but kind and helpful since I moved in. Marco has taken care of many small service requests for me and is always incredibly sweet and personable. He goes the extra step in explaining what he is doing and you can tell he is just very knoweldgable in his job. Thank you Marco!! The front office staff has also always been very supportive/kind. Johnathan leased me my apartment when I moved in and is a really nice/professional guy that I enjoy running into on walks with my dog. I absolutely love living here! read more

I'm leaving this review primarily for Johnathan every time I've interacted with him he has always been really helpful and just really the friendliest office person I've spoken with! I've dealt with different people who work in offices from my last apartments and they've always been kind of mean and stand off ish, but Jonathan is quite the opposite. He called me one afternoon about our trash and was really nice in letting me know when they come and what app to download for it and everything. Unlike other apartments I've been at they would've spoken down to me or just sent me a letter, but Johnathan was really courteous and helpful considering we were new tenants. He also helped me in another occasion when I needed help with a package. I really appreciate so far the office staff and just how nice they've been! A really great experience! read more

One of the residents in my building yelled at my movers, followed them to their truck, postured at them, went back to his apt, and per my movers and police report...he SHOT A GUN. Marcos is one of our maintenance guys he came and put a new garbage disposal in my apartment. He also gave us a filter for my refrigerator, and filters for the air-conditioning vents.. He was really quick and efficient. All the people in the office, and all the maintenance staff, are absolutely delightful and very nice. I have been here for over 4 years, and I love the new management, that took over. They are making this place a lot more accommodating and enjoyable. read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I have lived here with one of our close friends for about a year now and they are absolutely horrible. Our upstairs neighbors are always fighting and banging and literally keeping us up at night and our very first noise complaint was a week after we first moved in and a year later they've gotten worse and the front office has yet to do anything. May I add our upstairs neighbors also have teen daughters who disrespect my car and throw alcohol all over it late at night. We also pay over 2,300 a month just to get treated like absolute shit and get ignored. They fee you over any little thing... the wind knocked our trash over one night while I was at work ant they fined me $100. Don't move in these apartments, you won't get your moneys worth and you'll just end up with a bunch of fees and a damaged car with alcohol all over, not to mention you won't be able to sleep. Since they could care less about their residence they'll let anyone do what they want. So if you move here then have fun!! read more

I've lived here since April 2022. While the office staff is usually friendly and attentive to our needs, the property maintenance and groundskeepers are no good. I've made several attempts to get small things like lighting fixtures and my patio door lock fixed(which btw won't even lock at this point,) the office & maintenance staff do not reply to the requests and do not treat them as urgent. We have had multiple bouts of dog feces everywhere, including the breeze ways. I've even seen tenants not pickup after their dogs. Since the beginning of summer there has been an ant infestation all over the property. As of today the ants have made their way into my apartment from the patio windows, no fault of my own. I'm assuming their way of treating is just to drive the ants away from one apartment to the next. I have two small children and when I called the office and spoke with Jonathan, he told me I would have to wait for regular pest control on Tuesday. Today is Friday. There is nothing "luxury" about these apartments. Look elsewhere, I know I will be asap. read more
