The toasted sourdough was toasted and seasoned to perfection. The melted cheeses (yes, cheeses) blended well with the fresh ground beef patties (yes, patties) that were also perfectly seasoned. My wife had the No Cap Wrap which was a chicken wrap that she said was also delicious. Half of that came home because she couldn't eat it all. This is business worth checking out! Couple of veterans giving back to the community! Great food! Great employees and service. The ambiance can be overwhelming but it has a little bit for everyone! I have yet to meet someone who says they don't like it. Even if you don't though, they are located in the up and coming entertainment district of downtown which has more and more options. Unfortunately today was not good. We came in and were told it would be about a 10min wait because there was only one server. We sat down and after about 15 minutes they started seating others. The host came over and asked if we had spoken to anyone and I said "yes...YOU 15 minutes ago." They took our name and then proceeded to sit THREE other tables before us that had come in AFTER us. We immediately decided to leave after that. You don't make the patron wait even longer while seating new people walking through the door. read more

Coolest spot in Hopkinsville. Quirky decor, live music, a few games, and a laid-back atmosphere. But the main attraction is the food. I had the Freedom of Speech. For $18 the chef aims to surprise and impress you with something different every time. I went once and got an enormous burrito. Another time I got a ginormous burger with tots embedded in the top bun in a blanket of cheese. read more

Camo Caravan is a local spot run by two veterans. Both are very nice, down to earth guys. They just moved into a larger space with high ceilings, extra tables, and a large outdoor spot, so good for them! It'll be awesome in the summer! A lot of the same offerings--grilled cheese, nachos, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and more. This last time my husband and I got a cheeseburger to split (they are THAT big). It's a smash burger, but they layer the flavors with their house sauce, bacon, onions, and pickles. We also got their cheesecake, which is like a pillow of sweet and tart. They even added a mint skull on for us for Halloween. We also got curry ketchup to go with the fries, which are always well seasoned. The whole meal and dessert was like 20 bucks, which for the portions and quality, is very reasonable. read more

I heard about this place on a radio interview With the owners this week. They are two retired military friends who decided to open a local hangout/restaurant and bar for everyone. We tried it out for a late lunch and beers and we will definitely be back. The atmosphere is fun and there is a lot of space. They have an outdoor patio and fun-space area for kids. I would give this place five stars if they had a better selection of beers. They only had a few selections and no IPAs. read more

The staff were very friendly and inviting. They catered to me right away and always checked on me while I was there. The atmosphere was familiar, it makes you feel at home. Filled with families and friends, and nostalgic decor from your childhood. The food was surprisingly pleasant. I currently gave up meat for lent, so I went with the non meat options. I had their savage garden with fries and before I could take a photo for this post, it was gone. I had to ask Makayla (my waiter) if there were no meat in it and she confirmed that it was made from mushrooms and their food is always made from scratch. The nachos were also delicious. I got a chicken wrap and a margarita. Total bill with 15% tip exceeded $35.00! Chicken wrap was 50% Lettuce but it had decent flavor. $11.00 for a margarita was high but they added a $1 surcharge for putting salt on the rim!! Totally unacceptable! Have been looking forward too eating there but will not return due to what I consider unreasonably high prices. Oh, even at these high prices, which should cover their expenses with a nice profit, they add 3% to the tab if you pay with a card. Will not return! read more

This food was absolutely amazing. One of the owners spoke to me as soon as I walked in and it made me feel welcomed. The burger and Philly cheese steak were both the best I have had in my 8 years in Tennessee and 1 year in Hopkinsville. The decor was very nice and the restaurant was clean with comfy looking couches for kids to watch movies. $35 bucks for two people is about average I mean come on I've spent $25 at Taco Bell definitely a reasonable price. It felt like a lot of food and thoroughly filled me up as a 6'5 250 pound man. My wife is a burger connoisseur and she agreed and was amazed by how good the burger is. Came to this place after playing golf not knowing anything about it... OMG will definitely have to make a pit stop again especially when coming back from Alabama... the service was Amazing and the food was even Better . Always awesome food and service. Burger is a must try but I've had several specialty items like the cheesesteak and I'm never disappointed.
