So today was lunch with coworkers and everyone was extremely satisfied. Started with fried bacon and yes as good and bad as it sounds. Then the burgers we had two sunrise burgers and two bbq burger one had spice bbq sauce and jalapeño. All very delicious not two mention the half pound of fries with each plate. Last night we went for the first time. It had energetic vibe and lots of joy. We sit down for our meal and instantly find things we are excited to order and try. We ordered fried pickle chips, a mushroom Swiss burger, and a southwestern burger, and a JR hot dog. They also give you choices for your sides including tater tots! The food was so good! We were blown away by the perfection of all our items. Our waitress Shelby was incredibly friendly, bonded with us and took the time to even get to know us and make jokes with us. My brother has recently relocated from Clarksville to Hoptown and after a day of helping him move we were in need of some food. Although I've lived near base off and on since 98, I know little about this area so we turn to Yelp of course to find out where to go. My brother ordered a sunrise burger and I was feeling the onion rings for a quick pick me up. They are very mindful of COVID-19 safety guidelines. After u place the order you wait in the car until they call you for pick up. Wait was about 15-20 min. It was a Sat night so that wasnt too bad. The onion rings are very good. My brother also enjoyed his burger. I snuck a bite and though I am not of Fan of having egg on my hamburger it was pretty decent. The meal with a drink was 14.00, which I thought was a little high BUT I'm used to the TN side of base so this may be the norm and I'm just needing to check out more places. Pre-Covid-19, my family dined here for lunch. My daughter in law and only granddaughter were flying out to Hawaii soon. Our family wasn't expecting a certain guest that day at our table. This was my fiance's 3rd time eating in the restaurant and my first. He has ordered take out before as well so it goes w/o saying that he is a fan. I liked it but couldn't figure out why the grilled chicken sandwich is made w/ 2 tenders- seems odd why not a breast? I asked for pickles to add to my grilled chicken tender sandwich along w/ the lettuce and tomato. Their ranch dressing is fair- not the best but not bad either. I would forgo the ranch next time and ask for their bbq sauce next time- my fiance's was good. This burger looked good and he enjoyed their fries as well. Service is friendly enough- seems somewhat forced. They have had a 'hiring' sign up since we moved here well over a year ago.... The bar counter is extremely high- ppl eating their looked awkward. Can't remember the specific name of the sandwich, but it was a chicken filet, with bacon, mozzarella, and ranch dressing on a seeded bun. DELICIOUS! Onion rings, however, were inedible. The environment was a little aged but appeared clean and inviting. We were seated right away and the waitress took our drink order. She was personable and checked in with us to answer questions about the menu. Our food came out hot and looked delicious... looks we're on point. Everything tasted fresh and had great flavor. The reason for only 4 stars, while they tasted great, the fried pickles and onion rings were saturated in oil. We couldn't eat what was on the bottom of the plate because of it. Stopped by this little jewel on my way home from the circus. Been here once and can't wait to go back. Walked in as they were putting the chairs up. Asked the guy if they were closing and he said they would be happy to keep the grill open for me. I would usually tell them not to worry about it but the offer felt very genuine. Even with my late arrival, I was never rushed. They made delicious burgers, fries, onion rings, and shakes. Even will all this I'll tell you what made me the most excited. This place is fantastic! They make their own tortilla chips, which are nice when fresh. I love their quesadilla, sweet potato fries, and the Teriyaki chicken platter. They use local meat and real ice cream in their milkshakes! We live close to here and go pretty frequently. My only caution is be wary on Saturdays. I believe every Saturday they hold Karaoke. It is way, way too loud and really makes us hurry up to leave as quickly as possible. We've made the mistake of going their twice during Karaoke, and it was no fun to sit through. Fantastic place! We are visiting from Knoxville and were in the area of Davos at lunch time. We couldn't find a menu online anywhere and we normally don't go unless we can find one first - but we made an exception this time since there were not many choices in the area. We sure are glad we did. They have an excellent and diverse menu. My wife and a friend had burgers. My wife is very picky about food quality and she said it was one of the best she has had in a long time. The wings we excellent too. If they could possibly master their buns, I'd give it a 4/5. But no effort goes into a nice bun. Burgers are home crafted but still very greasy. Wait staff is very inattentive. Maybe if they know you they will spend time with you. But good luck otherwise getting them to hang out with you. If you have time to wait around for refills and a decent burger, try it.
