Setting nice with grass and natural forest. Bathhouse with individual shower and toilet set up, then common sink and laundry facility. Very cute decor and useful set up We also rented their pontoon (kayaks and bikes also available) for 7 hours. We were able to go all up and down the chain of lakes. Restaurants and bars open all the way but mostly beautiful outdoors. Definitely recommend this place.

We just happen to get #20. Uneven, no where to put your things out. To make matters worse, both sites you had to walk to your fire pit. How tacky. You could hear all conversations around you. I don't get how this campground was rated a 4.9 out of 5.0. They call it peaceful pines, there is NO peace. The boat launch is right there. Noisy from sunrise to sunset. If that didn't get to you, there is a major road with a lot of noisy traffic. We watched two sites across the way become vacant the day before we left. Check out 10 sharp, but I never saw anyone come out to the sites to check if it was ready for the next campers. Don't you think it could have been cleaned, maybe raked, something. Now the owners were pleasant, but man you talk about noise, from drilling, sawing, banging. I understand they have to work around the campground, but could the majority of the work wait until mid to late fall? We called before coming to find out if there was a place to take our dog to the water. Was told "Oh yes"! Down by the boat landing, take a right (risk your life with tree limbs). There is NO PLACE to take your dog. No beaches allow dogs. They tend to cater to the seasonal people and their cabins. It's sad that our first time will be our last time. Path was kept just clear enough to keep it a fun little adventure. Very clean and lots of wildlife...if you're quiet. Very comfy sit on Kayaks. Knowledgeable outfitters. Can't wait to try the whitewater kayaking!

The stream never got over 4 ft but there were some navigations to be made around some stumps which made it fun. Just do it.

With the new ownership of this campground, they appear to be going above and beyond to be sure their campground is updated. We chose this campground in 2015 and are so pleased that we did. The host is easy to work with but assures that all the campers are treated well and the owner continues to improve the campground. We love having the entire Chain O'Lakes at our disposal. The golf course is just down the road, so when we have guests they an golf also. Several of their docks are new and improved. Also, having the Tiki Bar so close offers food and a fun place to hang out if you just need something different. It was absolutely the right choice for us.

The sites are super tiny and not at all private. We came during the week in June, so it wasn't super packed and we had empty sites on either side of us. If it had been busier our experience would have been much different. We're spoiled by the private campgrounds that we visited in Door County. This one is very much not that. However, everyone was nice and we were fortunate enough to have had a decent enough time.

My favorite part was the sweet little Creek that runs from the lake through the campground. The kids played in the Creek while we would BBQ dinner each night. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!
