Paul & Sumer are the owners and coaches.. great people! so friendly, inviting and meets you where you are in your fitness journey. Signing up for auto pay is a huge risk, as the Owner is extremely unreasonable about cancellation, even for medical reasons. We were charged for two additional months beyond our cancellation notice, simply because our cancellation notice feel slightly outside the 30 day notification period. Zero flexibility and totally unwilling to to compromise on a pro rata approach to final payment. Even though we stopped going to the center two months prior to cancellation due to an injury. Strongly recommend you avoid this location and go somewhere else.

You get split into two groups if the group is larger- team 1 on the bags, team 2 on the side turf. Jerome was the instructor (and the owner here), and is very patient with new people and just correcting form in general. People tend to lose their form when they get tired (myself def included), and he was there mainly at the bags helping my friends and I out and making sure we weren't approaching it in a poor fashion. I believe most of the people here are regulars, so its got a pretty "familial" feel. My one note is about the cleanliness- the gloves stink! I'd bring my own and get past that though. You can get a better deal if you buy packages at the Jym directly instead of online, so call ahead!

I decided to check it out because I was looking for a more intense workout, on top of the swim classes already take. I signed up for a one-day free class, and I was absolutely hooked! This is a full body workout and you will get a really, REALLY, good sweat. If you decide to continue beyond the one day free trial, there is a 30 day intro option which is about $39. If you decide to do it continuously it's about $60 a month. Yes, you heard me right! You get a quality work out AND it's affordable. I've tried doing title boxing and I love kickboxing, but their prices are insanely high for the average spender. Once you're signed up classes are unlimited, and you can pretty much come anytime during the week when they're open. Jerome is the instructor/owner and he's really good about helping you get going. DON'T feel intimidated. There are people of all levels in the classes, the most important thing is to keep moving and to keep hitting the bag. If you can't do a certain exercise you can always alternate it for something else. I like it because it's not all boxing, but other exercises incorporated into it as well. I definitely recommend you give this a try. If you don't feel the class is for you, then don't worry. There will be no one trying to harass you into buying something you don't want. I plan to continue on a monthly basis. :)

I was nervous going into my first (free) class but excited. Arrived early and they helped me wrap my hands and showed me how to stand. It was quick! They are used to helping new people and do not make a big deal about it. During my first class I learned to throw basic punches (kind of). Manny is the kind of trainer that wants to motivate and makes sure people don't feel lost. What surprised me was that he accomplishes this without overly correcting or focusing too much on one person. This was a great experience for me because I did want to learn but I also did not want all the focus on me. Correct me and move on please! I signed up with Title and was surprised at how much more confident I felt going into my second class. Since then, I've been attending classes 4 to 5 times a week. Each trainer has his/her own style. I've taken classes with all of them and have my favorites. My most frequent classes have been with Lauren - great motivator, creative combos, tough in her own way (beautiful singing voice ). Manny - engaged, funny, and truly committed to the success of each person. Chris - engaged, creative, tough routines but easy to follow- always brings something different. Buddy - fast pace - tough workouts (lay off the coffee Buddy!) - you'll discover muscles you never knew existed. Each trainer is excellent, they know when to correct and when to back down. They don't over correct because they understand that we are all at different levels. They make themselves available for questions and feedback. Title Boxing - Dallas Uptown has managed to create a judgement free zone while also pushing its member to reach for their highest performance levels. I highly recommend!

The bathrooms was large and offered deodorant hair spray hair ties and makeup wipes. Additional lockers inside. The staff was very friendly especially to a visiting TITLE member from another state. They allowed me to take the class free since i already had a membership. No hassle. Instructor and class was very intense. When i had a question about a movement he showed me. He also practiced with me with foam rollers (punching), i guess bc i was new and to check form. He did this with one other person, the rest of the ppl must she been regulars. I will say the class is fast paced and there is not much checking on form throughout just telling out of combos. But this is pretty standard to TITLE gyms I've noticed. You get instruction if you ask questions. They have additional weights and machines you can use as well. Chris (instructor) was awesome. Very professional and taught and intense class that had me sweating. Modeled almost every movement he wanted us to do. Also introduced himself after the class and stated when he taught other days in a professional manner. Overall glad i came here and that they allowed me to continue my workout routing while away from home.

EXTREMELY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!…read more I joined the gym in early 2024 and cancelled my membership in June of 2024. Apparently due to some sort of miscommunication, something went awry with my cancellation and it was either not received, not processed, or both. A YEAR AND A HALF AFTER THE FACT - in October 2025, I receive communication from a debt collector saying that I owe almost $1300 in back charges. This gym NEVER, NOT ONCE sent me any communication informing me that there was an issue with my account. I was not provided any notice whatsoever that there was a problem - no bill, no phone call, no text, no mail. Instead they just kept accruing charges FOR A YEAR AND A HALF without my knowledge and hit me with a $1300 collections bill. I was never given an opportunity to correct this beforehand, before it got out of hand. This is NOT the way a reputable business conducts themselves.

I'm really torn on this review. I enjoyed the convenience of the gym and it was rarely crowded…read more Quality and maintenance of equipment is just ok. Lots of taping over cushion cracks instead of replacing etc. And fitness equipment is definitely aging. My biggest frustration and cause for me to cancel my membership was over the most ridiculous business practice. I set up my payments with auto pay from a credit card. About a year into my membership the credit card expired and I forgot to update my card. ONE DAY after the due date I get a harassing collection call. A simple text message or email asking me to update my card would do just fine. Then I see a $25 "processing fee" on my credit card after I updated it. AC (the owner) replied that he's not charging me, but it's the billing company he outsources to and they charge when an account goes to collections. Sorry bud, but you picked them and they represent your name and reputation. Needing to update a credit card within a few days of due date isn't something that should "go to collections" in the first place. The fact they're willing to let a member leave over something so trivial and typical is beyond me. Recurring revenue on monthly auto pay is the life-blood of many businesses. There are plenty of payment solutions in the market that would make life easier on your customers.
