He is very cognizant of my age (58) and my problem areas (bad lower back, bursitis in shoulder, etc) and finds exercises to strengthen those area without causing me pain or damage. The instructor makes wild claims of knowing dim mak ("the death touch"). The sparring looks like a badly choreographed kung fu flick.
