We had incident happen with my dogs at this camp that should've and could've been avoided if they were being watched like they should've been! Especially since i warned her of certain behaviors beforehand. Also, the owner Kris is very unprofessional, after the incident all emails i received from her had paw emoji's & the devil emoji by my name, which she's obviously referring to my dogs and i find very unprofessional. I would never leave my dogs in there care again, you might as well leave them at home alone to watch themselves. read more

Camp kiss a pet is the best! The owners live on a beautiful property out of Newberg. They love what they do and that makes a difference. The dogs can choose a little camp house or tepee to sleep in. There is a real living room for those who like to watch tv, and a beautiful space for playing outside. The dogs are treated like family and love to go there. Our dog, Tipper, needed to spend some time in a boarding kennel. I found Camp Kiss-A-Pet in Newberg and and it exceeded all my expectations. Not only was she well cared for in the normal since of the word, she enjoyed a total camp experience. Her kennel was designed as a cabin complete with a cot for sleeping. The indoor playground gave her much needed exercise and the fun of being with others dogs. The outdoor playtime was just as exciting for her. To top it off she even made a craft, the cutest paw print in plaster as a reminder of her stay. She was given so much love and attention. After trying three boarders, Camp Kiss-a-pet is by far my favorite (and closest to my house). My 1.5 yr lab cannot get out of my car fast enough as soon as I pull up to his "camp". Very clean. Very reasonable rates. Kris (owner) is also a vet so I feel super safe having my dog stay there. She has been very accommodating to my schedule. Oh and on Christmas, she used my dogs paw to make an ornament...so sweet!! Totally recommend! read more
