K9 Resorts was very highly rated, and fairly close to our house. Every time my dog comes home from daycare he is exhausted. The second time I brought him in, he got so excited as soon as he recognized the place. All of the staff are incredibly friendly. They clearly care about him, and he absolutely loves going there. I love that they have different levels of rooms, depending on what your dog needs or you want. I prefer to do the completely private room, even though my dog is small, to lessen the external noises he has to hear. Around Halloween they had "trick or treat" bags for the dogs by the front desk. Not only did he do an excellent job with the surgery, but he also discovered a mass in the back of her mouth that had gone unnoticed. Since then, Dr. Callicott has been incredible. He has guided me through every step of the treatment process after the mass was confirmed to be cancerous. He has taken the time to answer all of my questions with patience and compassion, helping me understand our options and making a very difficult situation much easier to navigate. I am truly grateful for his expertise, thoroughness, and genuine care for both my dog and my family. I couldn't recommend Dr. Callicott more highly.
