This location is pretty small compared to their other locations but for what I have been after they have filled my needs. I have been on their lawn program all year and have to say I have been extremely happy. I have neighbors stop me while mowing my yard and ask what am I doing so special. My only is I am following the Zamzows lawn care program. What is also nice about this place is since morning I have away a bunch of stuff so I don't have a lawn spreader anymore. Not to worry they let you borrow one free of charge...the employees here are always great. They have been very knowledgeable and have been able to answer and of my questions. Being that this place is smaller the selection is not what you might be used to, but for what I have been here for they have exactly what I have been looking for. They didn't have the bagger in stock but said they would order it and it would take about 3 weeks to arrive. They said they would call or email me when it was in. Well, 5 weeks go by, no call or email. So I call them and they said they can't look it up, I'd have to call back when the manager is in. So, I call back and gave them all of my info and they still couldn't find any record of my purchase. An hour later, they finally find record of it. Good news, they never even ordered it. Nice! So, now they're like, ok, it's ordered, should be a few weeks and we'll let you know when it's in. Ok, cool. It's now September 14th. Now I'm getting pissed. So I call again. The guy says, I don't have any bags in for that mower. You'll need to call back on Monday when the manager gets in. F'ing SERIOUSLY??????? Are you f'ing with me? The incompetence in that store is beyond measure. I love my mower, it'd be really nice with a bagger I ordered 5 months ago. Once I finally get it, I'll never do business there again. I'll follow up here on Monday 9/17 to let y'all know what happened this time.
