I've gone through two dry cleaners that have closed down. Dry cleaners are extremely important and hard to find. Again, I drive from the coast I hope they're here 10 to 15 years because I'll keep coming back and bringing all my beautiful vintage clothing and coats which they clean so perfectly. They even found my bracelets and put them in a small pouch which I was so happy to find because some people would've stole them so they are very honest And they pack your clothes so carefully. The only thing I wish they didn't do is use as much paper on the hangers, but what can I do? I took all the paper off and recycled it and I'm keeping all the hangers and recycling and returning those as well to another dry cleaner nearby since it's kind of far for me. The negatives - my credit card was charged twice and the charges were immediately authorized. My partner used his credit card in a different machine and he was charged $0.50 more than the listed price without adding any "extras" (e.g. no extra rinse, no heavy duty, etc.) and the machine still wouldn't work until I added a physical quarter into the machine. We ended up spending twice as much to wash our laundry here than we should have. Please fix your machines - I'm glad we could afford it, but some people can't afford to pay this much.

She said not a problem and that they would be able to get the spots out. I return a week later to pick up my coat. #1 No name stamped. Good start. #2 It's pressed and starched. #3 Puddle spots are totally there. It looked like my jacket was just pressed and starched. I pointed this out to the lady and her reply? "Yea, you wanted your coat to be starched. That goes to laundry service. We don't do that here. If you didn't want starch we would have cleaned it here. IMO we do a better job." WHAT??? I told you about the spots!!! You said they would be cleaned before I left!! To continue, she told me having the coat spot cleaned and getting it starched were separate. Also, that if I wanted the spots cleaned next time to not have my jacket starched. Beezy, there will be no next time. This is absurd! Mind blown. This place has bad business practices and does not deserve my patronage. Two strikes. I'll be damned to give you a third chance.

I picked it up and noticed there were still spots on the coat. I took the suit back to be cleaned again. They tried to charge me again at first! I refused to pay again and told them that they needed to do what they were paid to do the first time! They finally agreed to clean and press the suit again at no additional charge. When I picked it up, the exact same spots were still on the suit coat! They are absolutely awful and I refuse to use them ever again. You've been warned.
