Had them quote us on a new installation of a furnace and A/C unit. I know due to tariffs, prices have gone up and all, but trying to charge me over $31,000.00 for a furnace, A/C, and Thermostat is CRAZY. we have a maintenance contract for heating and Chase did a excellent job of explaining what he found. our furnace was 20 years old and it didn't make sense to repair it. Chase contacted Todd who came out same day (10/15/25) and we agreed on a plan to replace it. Next day(10/16/25) Mike and Ivan came and covered our wood floors and proceeded to install the new BRYANT furnace. Do NOT bother with Campbells because they will NOT bother with you. Called Thursday early about getting air conditioner fixed it being so hot . They said that'd be there Friday. I Called them again at noon Friday they promised that afternoon. At 6:30 pm they never came and not even a phone call to say they weren't coming -stayed home all day for nothing. (We are previous customers) Today is May 26, 2020 and he has NOT called back! Way to go Mike, really love how you treat your customers. First I would like to say we chose this company because of the great reviews. Unfortunately did not have that same experience. The technician came out and checked out AC. He said he would be back the next day to make sure of the diagnosis. He took my cell and would text me when he would be here. I never heard back. He also said they would get an estimate for repair and get back to us. My husband called 2 or 3 days later and they still didn't have an estimate. So here it is almost a week later and never heard from them but they sure took my $95 check! So now I have to pay another company to come out and diagnose AGAIN. I called Saturday and let them know I was disappointed in their service (left a message) and still never heard back. I would have given 0 stars but you have to at least give 1. read more

Our furnace was inspected and serviced by our PREVIOUS provider in preparation for winter. A month later it died in mid December. They tried twice to fix it and couldn't. So I called Campbell's. Campbell's sent a man out and he worked into the evening. Mike Campbell came out and they worked to correct the errors and get our heat back on. Campbell's TempraCure has provided great service to us for years now. Our 29 year old A/C needed service in June of 2016. It was low on refrigerant for the third year. The serviceman covered the remedies available, from recharging the system, injecting dye, and testing for a leak, or replacing the system. I decided to replace the system and discussed my desired system. The serviceman explained the proper size and efficiency of a replacement. We ended up with a cheaper system that is more efficient than our old one. The work was performed professionally, quickly, and cleanly. We are totally satisfied with how it has served us this summer. We will be using Campbell's for maintenance and future needs. read more

I had this company install a furnace in my house a few years ago and recently had to replace my air conditioning unit. Campbell's threw in a house humidifier when he installed the furnace. Well, here I am to tell you about what his work ends up being a few years down the road. The furnace was not vented properly as one of the vents had a downward pitch to it rather than an upward pitch and the vents were actually protruding from the furnace in to a walk area which has always represented a burn hazard since they are extremely hot when the furnace was running. The house humidifier was tapped into the old ac unit rather than the furnace, and has only worked for a couple months since it was installed. The company who has replaced my ac unit, is straightening the mess I was left with regarding the furnace venting and has installed venting that has an inner vent to absorb the heat and an outer vent that will not be anywhere near as hot if it is accidentally touched. The house humidifier is being reinstalled properly. I'm glad the house humidifier won't be tired to the ac unit any more....seems kinda logical that you should tie the humidifier in to the furnace rather than an air conditioning unit. The new contractor took pictures of the mess I had from this company....it was that bad. read more

I wish I could give Campbell's Tempracure 6 STARS! I normally don't take time to write reviews but this company deserves one. It was Friday in the middle of July, and my outside A/C unit was louder than normal so I called a couple companies to see if they could come out a check it out. Campbell's was the first to call me back. Mike, the owner, was tremendous. He sent out a technician, Al, the same day who was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing to troubleshoot the situation. Through his thorough troubleshooting, he figured out we needed a new blower motor at least. However, since our furnace was about 30 years old and very inefficient compared to the new ones, we decided to go with a new furnace. Anyway, you don't need the whole story. What you do need to know is that Mike was totally upfront about our different options and did not pressure us in spending outside our means and totally helped us find the best furnace/blower for us and what we needed. So why the 6th star? Our baby was 6 weeks old at the time and we were facing no A/C during an 85 degree and high humidity weekend. Mike made sure to set everything up so he had someone out Saturday morning. By noon on Saturday, we had A/C! Mike even came over Friday evening after hours to check out everything to ensure that the installer would not run into any unexpected road blocks for installation the next day! I couldn't be more pleased that he went over and beyond to make sure we got A/C back Brian, the installer, worked quickly and was a pleasure to work with as well. A genuine great company for sure and the one you must call for any heating and/or A/C/HVAC needs!!!! read more
