Jake came out to give me an estimate on a new furnace. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He spent atleast an hour going over what would work best in my home. I had the estimate emailed to me within 24 hours There were two choices to choose from. Good and better. I chose the better,and their prices seemed competitive. On the day of the install, the two young men were friendly and knowledgeable. They had my new furnace installed within 3.5 hours, and completely cleaned up everything, and took the old furnace away. I'm disappointed with my experience with Leith Heating and Cooling. I called them out for what turned out to be a simple capacitor replacement on my AC unit. Yes, the technician was polite, and the ac is working again, but in my opinion the charge for the repair was extremely high ($392 for parts and labor, and $129 for diagnosis $521 total.) I suggest anyone reading this gets a second (or third) quote before letting Leith Heating and Cooling make repairs. read more

I found this company through their highly rated Yelp and Google reviews. A service rep, Sean, came out to our home within two hours of our call. Fortunately, our issue required only a minor fix. Our AC stopped working after long hot summer weeks. Tenant called a service man for emergency check up before reaching us, they found icing on the outdoor unit, quoted two grand to repair and five grand to replace. When we got quote, immediately called Brian Leith because we trusted him over the years, and he installed and maintained two furnaces. He got call and arrived within an hour because it was hot day, tenant need AC. He checked the system completely, measured the pressure, figured out the root cause due to the blockage of the heat exchange, and cleaned up, everything works well and stay there making sure everything was working, explaining it to tenant. He only charged flat fee for this repair, not trying to sell me anything. At the end, he coudl easily charge way more that comparing to the other service guy. Once again, he proved himself, a very honest man. He is very skilled, I saw his work before while he installed and maintained our furnaces in multiple properties since 2004. Service company like this, it is hard to find these days. I wish he could do business beyond just AC, then he can take care all our rental repairs then we have piece of mind. read more
