    Buyers Beware. I purchased a Volante 25 RL July 2023 brand new from Camping World in Huber Heights, Ohio. One year later, taking over a $9,000 loss, I wholesaled the trailer back to Camping World since I refused to sell this travel trailer to another individual or family. I see that Camping World simply placed the trailer back on the site the same day for $40,999 to the general public which is more money than I paid for it brand new last year ....This is also sixteen thousand dollars more than what they paid to buy it back from me. Such a despicable company. Unfortunately this trailer was in the repair shop for more time than I ever was able to use it in the one year that I owned it. It has had the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink,theatre seating pull cables, awning, the slide cable, slide seals falling off, the slide carpet, the shower fan, crooked breakers, mislabeled fuse box, the stove, window blind pulls, etc...repair issues ... But the most concerning was a wobbly toilet. It was discovered that Keystone had cut too wide a hole in the floor under the toilet and therefore the toilet flange bolts had nothing to bite into. Keystone and Camping World played me as the monkey in the middle and refused to adequately repair. When I brought my travel trailer in for repair work July 2024, I was told by a service technician at Huber Heights Camping World that my roof had a hole and needed to be replaced for $8,000. Once Camping World figured out that a Camping World technician at a different location had dropped a tool while replacing the shower fan creating the hole in the roof membrane... Then I was told that the roof hole could just be patched. I've been directly lied to in my face by several service technicians. The GM offered to sell me a new camper at cost and I drove for 2 and 1/2 hours only to discover that was a lie too. I will never give Camping World another penny of my hard-earned money EVER! When I bought my travel trailer from Camping World I was told I had to pay $1,695 for a PDI (pre delivery inspection) walkthrough which obviously wasn't done with as many issues that the trailer has ... I was also charged $325 for a single battery and $899 extra for a hitch. So when I say buyers beware.... take heed. Do not waste your hard-earned money or be deceived by this unscrupulous company. I am a older person and this was my teacher retirement savings that I spent in order to enjoy the latter years of my life and instead it has been one of the worst experiences I have encountered. Trust no one at Camping World...And whatever you do...DO NOT buy stock number 2440684P... It has a hole in the roof membrane and too wide of a hole cut in the floor under the toilet. My pictures below are of the Camping World ad and my own picture of the trailer so you can see it is the same unit....BUYERS BEWARE Update: If Marcus was at all interested you have my information including my phone number and address. I have called the Marcus number....so stop with the canned comments and actually do something.

    Tyler and Steven were great to work with in the service department. Tyler went out of his way to help us get our issues with the grey wolf resolved. We are exited to get our travel trailer back on the road. Cudos to camping world Georgetown.

I'm new to the sport and I know that was obvious but they were patient with me as they helped me get the bow set up correctly. There are plenty of sporting goods stores in Lexington that sell archery equipment but I think R&R is worth the trip to Georgetown for the level of service and selection they offer.

There are better places with cheaper prices and better service to spend you hard earned cash. Dicks in Hamburg and Fayette Mall, Sportsman Warehouse, and Field and Stream are all cheaper and have qualified bow techs with a return policy. Field and Stream is the largest Hoyt dealer in KY with an extensive selection of products to choose from.

    I purchased a primer loader from "shooters connection" and when it arrived, the interior of the box…read morewas torn and the electric cord showed obvious signs that it had been used and sloppy stuffed back into an interior box. I placed the items back in the box and called the store and spoke with "Chuck" whom, apparently is the owner. I explained the situation and asked for a "returned item" stamp and was advised that his store doesn't pay for postage and it was my responsibility. Also, he stated that, even though I explained about the obvious signs that the product had been previously used, he would still charge me a restocking fee. Between postage and restocking fee, I lost around $35 on this purchase. Shame on you Chuck. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase anything from this company. BUYER BEWARE!!

    Extremely frustrating and disappointing checkout experience…read more I was genuinely excited when I found this site while searching for a replacement magazine spring -- it looked like they had exactly what I needed, and I was ready to buy it right away. But that excitement quickly turned into frustration and aggravation. After spending time finding the right part, I went to check out... and the checkout button simply wouldn't work. I tried refreshing the page and reloading my cart, thinking it was a technical glitch. Then I discovered the real reason -- I wasn't allowed to complete my order unless I bought more than I needed. My item was only about $9, but the site wouldn't even let me make the purchase unless I doubled that amount to $19.95. That felt incredibly unfair and, honestly, disrespectful to paying customers. Forcing people to buy extra just to make a transaction go through is not good business -- it's a guaranteed way to drive customers away. I was ready and willing to give them my money for a product I needed, but instead, I was left irritated and disappointed. I didn't place the order and won't be returning to this site, even if I can't find the part anywhere else. I'd rather buy an entire new magazine from a company that treats its customers with respect than deal with a policy that comes across as greedy and dismissive. It's not about the $10 -- it's about being treated like a customer whose time and needs actually matter. Until Shooters Connection changes this kind of policy, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. To clarify -- I never asked or expected the store to make an exception to its policy. The suggestion that my review was retaliation for that is both incorrect and unfair. A business can certainly stand by its policies while still responding to customer feedback with honesty, respect, and professionalism.

I saw their grand opening sale ad in the newspaper and drove down to check it out and maybe buy some gear. I put on my mask and walked into the store about 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, (during a week when Covid-19 was running rampant). I was met by a young female sales clerk not wearing a mask who approached close to me. When I asked her "aren't you supposed to be wearing a mask?" she responded "No". I noticed that NONE of the sales staff were wearing masks. A moment later the manager/owner approached me, so I asked him "Aren't you and your sales staff supposed to be wearing masks?" He said "No". I told him I was a senior and caregiver to a 94 year old veteran and needed to keep him safe. Then I asked him "isn't it the law that you and your staff are supposed to be wearing masks in a retail store?." I never raised my voice, was polite - just asked that question. He responded "No!" and told me to "please leave my store" and shooed me out. I was shocked. This is the first time in my life I have been asked to leave any establishment. Maybe the owner thinks he's being tough, or that no one can tell him what to do, or even patriotic. If so, maybe he should rethink his position in light of the dozens of veterans who have died from Covid at the Thomson-Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore, just down the road from his store. I will never go back to the Whitetail Heaven Outfitters Store in Nicholasville. NOTE: I don't know why the Yelp site is saying I'm from California. My whole family is from KY and I've lived in Lexington for 41 years. This is my first ever Yelp review.
