He didn't rush us and addressed all our questions patiently and thoughtfully. When we mentioned the battery was dead, he brought out a jump starter and saved us a lot of diagnosis money. What a gem. We were only a little disappointed because the person we called the night before gave us hopes that the RV will be looked at right away. However, it seems that the tech team is quite swamped, and our RV won't be seen for a while.

The sales person belittled me and asked me "are you serious? are you really gonna let 50 bad reviews keep you from buying this wonderful RV?" I told him, you bet I am. Then they made me wait three hours in the waiting room until they could get around to writing me a check for $3000. I guess they were hoping that I would change my mind. They were seriously mistaken. Don't ever do business with these people. They're dishonest as dishonest can be. If you look up in the dictionary the word "CROOKS"you will see pictures of this company.

Electrical systems, the fridge, tank sensors, flooring, lights, the list goes on and on, broke and had to be replaced/repaired. We ended up taking the camper back for warranty service to Camper City with Don and his staff many times and they were always extremely nice and professional and tried their best to fix the constant issues. Our salesman Jerry, was consistently helpful and tried his best to get us taken care of as soon as they could, so we could resume our retirement camping. In April 2018, the day before family flew in for a week, the converter blew and we lost the 12 volt system. We bought a battery charger to keep the 12 volt online till our daughters left for home. The day after, we drove 14 hours back home to take the camper back to Camper City. At this point we all agreed the camper was a lemon and we worked on trading it in on a new camper. Most times this would have been a tremendous monetary loss for my wife and I, as the camper was only 6 months old. The owner Michelle and our salesman Jerry worked extremely hard and took care us better than any chain store would have even thought about. They bought back the lemon and gave us a great deal on a new Rockwood camper and we are thrilled with the new unit. I simply can't say enough kind words about the owner Michelle, our salesman Jerry and Don and the service department at Camper City. If they take such exceptional care of us during this extremely troubling ordeal, I am sure you will be pleased with any transaction you have with them. If you need a camper, trust Camper City and their staff to take care of you and to stand behind their products as we did. Go and ask for Jerry and I'm sure you will be happy you did. He will do what it takes to satisfy you as a customer and keep you happy as an owner of a camper bought with Camper City. Thanks to Jerry and Camper City for making getting us into a new and improved rig. Carlton Askew

Exceptional Service and True Customer Care at NIRVC Atlanta!…read moreWe recently purchased a 2021 Verona LE 40LTS motorhome and wanted to add an extra layer of safety with Rettroband tire protectors on the front tires before heading out as snowbirds. On November 8, 2025, while traveling from South Carolina toward Bryan, Texas, I called NIRVC in Atlanta and spoke with Nick Schwehr. Even though it was a Saturday and we were on a tight 5-day travel schedule (needing to be in Texas by the 14th), Nick was incredibly accommodating. He arranged for us to arrive on Sunday, stay overnight at their facility with shore power, and have the Rettrobands installed first thing Monday morning. We also asked to have the generator serviced while we were there -- killing two birds with one stone! When we arrived, Nick wasn't onsite, but his team was fully briefed and took excellent care of everything. At 8:00 a.m. Monday, they brought our motorhome into the shop without any delay. The waiting area was comfortable and welcoming, with a TV, freshly made popcorn, bottled water, and coffee -- the little touches that make a big difference. By early afternoon, the Rettrobands were professionally installed, the generator was serviced, and we were safely back on the road heading to Texas with complete peace of mind. NIRVC went above and beyond to work around our travel plans without causing any delays. Their team is professional, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. If you're looking for RV service you can truly trust -- especially when you're on the road -- I highly recommend National Indoor RV Centers in Atlanta. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Nick and the entire Atlanta team! Michael (2021 Verona LE 40LTS)

(16) year old motorhomes are not always the easiest to sell, due to age, and lack of loan financing on 10 year and older campers, which limits the potential market for buyers! Shonn, the owner was very fair and straightforward in appraising our motorhome and walked us through the steps resulting in a possible sale! Needless to say, to my and my wife's amazement, we received a call from Cleveland RV's service manager, in mid-April this year, informing us that someone was showing serious interest in our motorhome, and asked me a few questions, regarding the service records I had provided Cleveland RV! Bottom line, we visited Cleveland RV, a few days ago, on April 30th while returning from my wife's rheumatology appointment in Gainesville, and Shonn presented us with a check in the agreed amount of the sale, less Cleveland RV's reasonable seller's compensation! We are extremely pleased with Cleveland RV!'n

I will start this review with some good before explaining the bad. The service advisor, Leah, was…read morecommunicative throughout the process, and the team repaired flooring damage related to the recliners something we were not expecting and did appreciate. Unfortunately, we picked up our camper in worse condition than when we dropped it off. After a 15.5-hour drive to another state, we discovered the refrigerator had partially fallen out of its enclosure due to missing screws, which could have ruined the fridge and kitchen island if not more. Those screws were later found placed together in a kitchen drawer, despite staff initially insisting there was "no reason" they would have been removed. We also discovered that the locking mechanism on the egress window was missing, leaving a required safety feature inoperable. Most concerning was a toilet repair that was reported as fixed and tested and was misrepresented as fully replaced. Upon hookup at the campground, the bathroom immediately flooded from the toilet bowl including leaking at the foot pedal *the original issue it was brought in for*. We later realized a new issue, the foot pedal does not return to a sealed position without manual pushing up, something that would have been obvious during a basic inspection even without water hookup. Because we live full-time in this camper, we were forced to purchase and install a new toilet ourselves to restore basic habitability. When we contacted management during the flooding, the service manager repeatedly stated "I'm not going to argue" while simultaneously not allowing us to speak at all, and attempted to shift blame rather on us and the manufacturer rather than address the documented failures. A required post-service walkthrough, which management later referenced as standard procedure, was never performed or offered before we left with our camper. While some work was done well, the lack of final inspection, missing safety hardware, failed repairs, and dismissive management communication are deeply concerning. I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your unit before leaving and documenting everything. We have contradicting voicemails as well as pics and videos of failures of workmanship.
