Like other reviews, I wish I could give negative stars. This place has no redeeming qualities at all. I've called twice for a sunroof repair that is under a recall. The first time I was put me on hold (actually just set the phone down so I could hear everything) for 10 minutes. When the guy came back he told me he didn't have any information yet and would call me back. A month later I called back and Sal (same guy, co-owner I believe) told me he had no idea what I was talking about. I called the manufacturer who the recall was under and like magic they knew what I was talking about. Sal was extremely condescending and told me I would probably have to pay for extra parts. I told him I would have my mechanic check first to make sure there were no broken/missing parts and he screamed at me not to let a mechanic touch it. Since they don't take appointments and are an hour from me (the manufacturer has a contract with them so I don't have a choice where to go) I called to make sure there was no wait. He called me "Honey" and told me to come on in. Not trusting that I wouldn't be taken advantage of, I brought my husband. We waited for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. We've now been sitting in the nasty shack for 30 minutes with no apology or inclination of how long we will still have to wait. My husband stepped out to get an estimate for a wait time and has been standing next to the man for 5 minutes with zero acknowledgement of his presence. He finally told my husband to quit being so anxious and sit down. This place is disgusting and the owner is obnoxious and rude. If you value your time and appreciate being treated like a human, keep driving and find another place. read more

If there was a negative star rating, this place would get it. I called them about replacing the side window in my 1999 Avalon and they told me they had a used glass in stock in both colors, green and brown tinted. I was a little skeptical since the other glass companies I called needed to check their warehouses first. When I got there and saw the place, I immediately got nervous but figured I would give them the benefit of doubt. My mistake! The guy took my keys, and immediately disassembled my door then went in search of the replacement glass. He came back shortly carrying a glass with "93 Camry" clearly scribbled on it, with the intention of installing on my 99 Avalon. When it obviously didn't fit, he wandered around the shop working on other cars and making phone calls. Then after about 15 minutes, he jumped into his truck and drove away. About 30 minutes later, he came back with what appeared to be the correct size glass tinted the WRONG COLOR!!! If that wasn't bad enough, I overheard him talking to another dissatisfied customer about a glass he tried to charge the customer $450 for and the customer went next door and got it for $55. The customer even showed him the receipt. This place is a horrible place to do business with but they will probably keep getting business because they promise cheap prices. I don't like to stereo-type but this was Latino Bait and switch at it's finest! read more

Came here to get my window fix as it fell off track. Once the guy took the door off he told me the regulator was gone and it would need to be replace. The price to fix it came up to $235.00! The regulator is only $45-$60 for a 2008 Lincoln towncar. so, I asked what if I just wanted to let the window up he said $50 just to push it up but, then came back & said $185.00 to fix the window with a new regulator all original parts. after I told them they must think I'm boo boo the fool in which $185.00 is still too high. He explained that they guarantee the labor which is why it's slightly higher but, I love my car and want everything in working condition so I agreed! Now, I was sitting there about 45 minutes and my car has just been sitting there. The guys are stopping, joking & laughing with whoever stops by and my car as well as another customer car is just sitting in the bay! Let me remind y'all this place sits right next to a pick and pull shop (a place you go to pull parts off junk cars and pay a discounted price) after waiting for a over a hour now the young man comes from around the corner with a regulator for my caR!!! THE NEW REGULATOR is from the pick and pull behind the shop in which originally they were gonna charge me $235.00 to fix! I felt bamboozled and cuss everybody out in the shop! Cussed them out for the wait, the service, and the fact they tried to get a rusty regulator and put on my car instead of me just buying one new! service here is terrible, customer service is horrible and I wouldn't recommend doing business here. I found the place on google and just want to let my window up but, this point I wish I would have just slid cardboard in instead and wrapped a sheet over it! STAY AWAY!!! I had an excellent experience with Low Price Auto Glass. My car was broken into from the right front passenger's side of my Toyota 2011 Corolla. I called several places for estimates and Low Price Auto's quote was the lowest I received - so I thought. Auto Glass Now quoted an even lower price but at a huge inconvenience to me. I didn't know which was worst - getting my car vandalized or trying to get Auto Glass Now to simply replace the glass. To make a long story short, Michelle the store's manager seemingly couldn't bring herself to say we don't have the glass for your vehicle. Instead, she continued her spoof leading me to belief that the car glass was available when it really wasn't. Even when I agreed to one of their mobile techs come to my house the next day, he came, did not make any repair, and left my home without saying a word leaving my car and garage doors open!! After I called their corporate office and requested a cash refund, I headed over to Low Price Auto Glass in Norcross and received A-list service and respect. The glass was installed in 15 minutes!! And, to make my trip worth, he charged me Auto Glass Now's quote rate! I don't know about exchanging and installation of other auto parts, but my glass replacement was a very good experience. My car was broken into yesterday and the window was smashed on my Hyundai Veloster. I called Progressive and they recommended Safelite, saying they'd come fix it right away. I called Safelite and was told Tuesday was the earliest they could come out. I called every Hyundai around me (three) and the earliest I got was Monday. I called low price auto glass on a wish and a prayer and they came out within 45 minutes and got it fixed in about 30. They beat everyone's price, even after tax. And my window works perfectly! They were ok with my business until I wanted to keep my original sunroof parts. One of them said something about the "core". I would've been willing to give it to them if they would've given me a discount on my $500 repair. I made the mistake of counting out the cash in piles (twice) I ran out to load up my old roof and came back to the statement that I was short $20. I asked him to count again, I said I should never have run out and should've completed the sale. He got offended. I offered to bring a second vehicle up, when I did, he couldn't do "factory glass". I'm not saying the money was stolen but certainly their attitude changed when I wouldn't leave my parts with them so they could sell it to the U Pull It that they share the lot with. Also the 6 hr job I was initially quoted, was miraculously cut very short after that. Not a place for a more astute vehicle owner who knows the game. The car is dry so far in these early hours. They are also Middle Eastern and may not be used to dealing with a woman who asks questions. No customer seating area with exception of a truck bench seat and a couple of plastic chairs. The business is under awnings, not in a building. It's a shame this went left. read more

let me just start by saying... DONT DO IT! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! They shoved the new windshield into my car and and didn't completely take it apart like they should have. I know this because I took it to another windshield place and they pointed out all the obvious signs of terrible craftsman ship I looked over. Also they left a huge stain that won't come out on the windshield! The day after they did it I also noticed they didn't completely put on the rubber at the top! I went back up there to get it fixed and some guy just grabbed each end and tried to stretch it out and make it fit. And yes the quote on the phone is not the same in person.
